It was a fantastic property with a pretty great restaurant! The location for walking would not be as convenient but we were getting picked up for a very early day and so that did not impact our wonderful stay! Everything was great!

It's a long walk to downtown

The hotel excels in every aspect, including cleanness, comfortability, location and excellent service.
-
A little more lighting in the room.

The service was excellent, and all the staff spoke English. They also got our ice very quickly. The rooms and the hotel were very comfortable.

The Breakfast buffet was excellent. So much To choose infrom. We had dinner also. Also good. Staff very nice and helpful. We especially liked a sweet lady Priska who was our waitress. We enjoyed petting a baby alpaca & buying goods on display from indigenous people also. Can not think of anything.

Staff were very kind and helpful. The rooms are lovely and the food was excellent. The laundry room was a big plus for us, since we had been traveling for almost a week! The restaurant was very expensive.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Cusco! The hotel was spotless, comfortable, and very well appointed. Breakfast was a highlight every morning, with plenty of choices—fresh fruit, hot meals, fresh juices, and even a cook preparing omelets to order. The location couldn’t have been better. It’s just a short stroll to the city center, yet far enough away from the bustle to enjoy peace and quiet. The views from our room were simply beautiful. Since the hotel is on a hill, you’ll need to walk up steps on your way back, but it was no problem for us, and we never needed a taxi—we walked everywhere and always felt safe. Service was exceptional throughout our stay. We spent an entire week here and couldn’t be happier with our choice. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cusco! Nothing!

Cleanliness, customer care and quality was outstanding upon arrival, room service and restaurant. The breakfast buffet was excellent! Very convenient service onsite laundry service and spa. The location of the property is approximately 15 min walk to the center and there are no shuttle services.

Convenient and the staff was very helpful. A bit pricey for the type of hotel but it was clean and nice place to stay.

I liked the location of the hotel. Not walking distance to the Plaza of Armas but close enough. For those who like a little quiet from the days activities and the busier city center. The service staff were super attentive to any need ex .an extra coffee mug or to go cup. The staff at the restaurant were also attentive and we were always warmly greeted as if we were family. The spa team was super accommodating and flexible with early evening appointments as we all trickled in from a long days hike. The entire hotel is super clean ? everything in order and tidy. Don't be put off by the less than helpful front desk staff. Compared to the rest of the team here, they stick out like a sore thumb. When I checked in, the attendant didn't even make eye contact and was a bit dismissive when we asked if there were amenities we should know about. He did hand us spa brochure (one that was outdated in services and cost) and later the next day before leaving for our day activities, I asked if they could check availability for me and the front desk lady that morning told me I could go to the spa and check myself. The front desk staff could use some retraining. Facilitation is typically included in their realm I would have thought. It's unfortunate the existing front desk staff are the first folks you have contact with when checking in...but after that you can pretty much go to anyone else there and they are gracious to help you find what you need.

Location was great! Everyone was very friendly. The room was very clean and they even provided late room service after a long day of travel to Machu Picchu. Nothing

The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly with smooth check-in and check-out, and the breakfast offered a good variety. The lounge area, as shown in the photo, had a nice view and a cozy atmosphere. The rooms felt dated with furnishings that could use an update. The hotel is far from the city center, requiring an Uber to get around. Noise was a big issue—music from a nearby restaurant played past 11 PM, and even with the window closed, street noises like bus horns were still audible. The in-room Wi-Fi was slow, and at $200 per night, the lack of slippers (not available) made it feel basic.

1 - breakfast was exceptionally good. 2 - the view of the city was nice but the window was really tiny. We did not do much comparison of hotels in Cusco because we trusted the Hilton brand but actually the stay was disappointing. 1 - completely no amenities were provided in the bathroom, not even shower cap, this was beneath my expectation for the Hilton brand. 2 - the staffs were unresponsive on booking.com's chat window and I had to chase for answers. 3 - the lock in the bathroom was so old that I actually got locked in the bathroom and had to wait a long time for a staff to come fix the door. this was a terrifying experience for me. 4 - no slippers / no bathrobe

Very nice and food and staff were excellent Shout out to Alfredo in the restaurant who went above and beyond!! There are not any negatives

The hotel is beautiful and full of charm, perched at the top of Cusco with an amazing view of the city. The staff is amazing and very helpful. They kept our luggage during our 4 days hike to Machu Picchu. the check-in process was quite slow — even with only one person ahead of us, it took at least 20 minutes. The restaurant offers good food, but they tend to overdecorate the dishes, which looks nice but causes delays. As we were a group of four, our plates often arrived cold, which was disappointing. I’d recommend simplifying the presentation to prioritize temperature and timing.
