Good location, nice room with a balcony.

The location is excellent and the staff was very helpful. The hotel is a bit dated, but overall it met all the essentials — there was hot water (which is very important), and the bed was comfortable with good blankets. The only suggestion I would make is to replace the light bulbs with warmer (yellow) lighting, as the current white lighting feels a bit too harsh and clinical.

I would definitely stay there again. I would suggest is switching to warmer lighting, as the current white lights feel quite harsh and not very cozy at all. Breakfast could also be improved. The toaster was not working, and the fruit did not seem very fresh.

It was in a very good location, the room was clean and nice, staff was nice The WiFi was a little slow, and one of the night the shower was cold.

Location Towels were not dry & didn’t seem very clean. No hooks in the bathroom to hang up clothes. No hangers in the room.

One of the highlights is the location. You can walk to the main Plaza in 7min, very close to San Blas, the artisan neighborhood, and minutes away from main attractions. We only used a taxi to the airport and for long distance tours! If you are looking for a simple room, with all amenities, and great location, this is the place for you.

Comfortable for the price. Breakfast and the front desk wasn’t there sometimes and i had to wait for 15 to 20 minutes.

This property is so unique and beautiful. It feels very authentic and romantic.

Great location, beautiful hotel, hot shower with good water pressure, good breakfast. One of the reasons I picked the hotel because it said it was heated and Cusco is cold at night. There definitely was not heat and my room was cold all the time. It was colder than outside. They did give me extra blankets so I was fine at night, but could not spend time in the room otherwise.
