Super cute and comfy. Close to the airport and the staff was wonderful!

Betty was super accommodating and sweet, the best kind of host you could ask for. The villa was always quiet after hours. Room was very cute and well kept, cleaned daily along with your personal bathroom. Like most Peruvian houses in the winter, expect it to get cold at night. Warm water very consistently though! Breakfast was simple but always able to be accommodated. Overall, I had nothing to complain about.

The room is clean and comfortable. The host is super nice and willing to help. I love the chilled vibe and the friendly staff here. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a good place to stay in Cusco

owners were so friendly and helped me get settled even though i arrived super late due to unforeseen circumstances. They made sure i felt attended to. Great place to rest. They even helped me get a can to the airport the next day. stairs outside my room made a bit of noise which i heard late night and early morning as other visitors came/went

Everyone (especially Betty) was very helpful and nice. The space was clean and confortable. It was perfect for a night’s sleep before heading to the airport.

It's OK for one night. The owner is very kind and friendly and she offers you a very good breakfast with a big choice. The place also has a nice atmosphere with the garden inside the building. And you can use a small kitchen if you want. The shower was icy cold and during the night I was freezing so much. I slept with leggings, socks, jumper and shirt underneath and used the blankets from the second bed. What I really didn't like was, when she send me a message in the middle of the night at 1am (I was fast asleep) to tell me I should turn off the night lamp of 5 Watt. Well I felt asleep with my phone on my face and was completly knocked off around 11 pm. Therefore I just read the message the next morning when the bedside/night lamp was still on. I just booked one night and moved to another place close by.

Ms Betty was super friendly and helpful. There were multiple last-minute changes in my trip that were beyond my control and ms Betty was not only understanding but also was there to welcome me at almost 11pm since my train was delayed. She was super warm and made us feel at home. She answered promptly whenever I needed to call them and the room was spacious and cozy. Good wi-fi connection, bathroom with hot shower. I would definitely stay there again whenever in Cuzco.

Absolutely loved the service, location, and very homey apartment. I really enjoyed the breakfast and how helpful, knowledgeable, and welcoming Betty and her staff were. The apartment itself was super cute with nice artwork, a really quaint courtyard, and cool staircases. I didn't love the water situation. The water was juuuuuust barely warm enough to tolerate a shower. I totally understand needing to save on water / money. But having the combo of low pressure and low heat was super unfortunate. The water also shut off at night without notice. I don't know if it was every night or just the night I checked but I had no running water from about 11PM-4AM.

I loved the decor of light wood and white and handpainted flowers on the walls and wood flooring. And though there was a good few stairs to ascend, the open stairwell was a great novelty with views overlooking Cusco, and lovely at night on the balcony. Such a cute place that the slightly creaky floors seemed to add to the character. A nicely done very affordable hotel in a nice tidy safe feeling area with restaurants nearby, and a nice family atmosphere, Lovely helpful staff and owners. Thankyou. I bailed from a prior booking, to return to Villa Betty, so I could feel safe and comfortable. The security gate at the footpath needed a room key to be opened, so It felt very safe. I could hear occupants of the other rooms talking, though it wasnt too bothersome.

Lovely place! It really feels honey and welcoming!

The staff was kind and welcoming, helped with the bags and gave recommendations on the city. Breakfast was served on time with some variation of what they served per day. The location was functional to my needs, but still close to main touristic attractions by bus or taxi. The walls were too thin and could hear everything of the room next to mine. Was given only a towel and not soap or shampoo, even though I asked for a soap. There was only liquid soap mixed with water of cheap quality. Some parts of the room were dusty, with mold or humidity.

The artistic vibe and flexible arrangement that meets my needs. Breakfast included!

We arrived quite spontanous around midnight but the lady was so very kind to us! Rooms were comfy. The breakfast was above average from what you get here usually. Avocado sandwich included! Thank you for being so kind!

Shower wasn't hot for some reason. Breakfast could have been more generous.

We arrived late. The owner warmly greeted us with muna tea. It’s good to stomach health and high altitude reaction. My mom loved it very much. When the owner knows that we will take an early morning flight and have to leave hotel at 3:45am, they arranged a taxi. At 3:30 am, the owner remind us to go on time. For our trip, they didn’t sleep well. Really moved by their seriousness. They also prepared us breakfast the night before. They didn’t offer standard breakfast, instead, they asked us what we want. They always ask and check if anything we need. In the morning, when I am about boarding on taxi, I find I don’t have enough soles on hand, the owner helped again. All these little but warm help made our short stay very cosy and comfortable. I will definitely recommend other friends to come. No. I love everything there.
