I believe most of the hotels in Cusco do not have heater. So, be ready because it is really cold.

The staff were great and the breakfast was a really good addition They organised a 12 sole taxi to the airport. There wasn’t much around the location for food. You had to walk to larger neighbourhood

Good sized, comfortable rooms. The room was not clean, smelt like cigarettes, stains on the bathroom mirror and mould on the shower head and ceiling.

The breakfast was very good and the staff very friendly but the noise was horrible. It didn’t matter in what room you stayed the hotel is so noisy. It is located in a very busy street. The noise can go all night. We heard dogs, people, cars, sirens. Rooms are not insulated. Also it is located far from the main square. We thought it was close to it but we were wrong. It is located close to San Sebastián Main Square, not the principle main square, fyi. We had to pay around 12-15 soles every time we went out in taxis per way. The main square is between 15-30 minutes in taxi depending the traffic. The hotel was cleaned and the people friendly and nice but I wouldn’t stayed in this hotel again because of noise and location. The hotel is far from Cuzco and since you have to pay around 30 soles every day to go to Cuzco, it wasn’t worth it what you save in price. Also, the noise kills you because you can’t get a good sleep.

The Hotel was great and the people was very nice to us! I will recommend this Hotel in Cusco!

It was very close to the airport according to Google... walking distance. But there was no direct access to the airport since the airport was surrounded by a tall wall. So, it was not possible to get there unless you take a taxi. It worked out anyway. We just sleep there one night.

The location is terrible, it is not the center of the city, it is very difficult to locate the hotel, we took time to locate it until they assaulted us and spoiled our entire trip.

The staff. Marco not only received us with coca tea to help with the altitude sickness, but he also selflessly helped us schedule multiple tours, calling us cabs, buying tickets for us, and always checking if we're comfy in our stay. In many years and multiple hotel stays, Wayta inn is by far the place I've felt the most welcomed.

very friendly, family run hotel. you are very welcome here and service is great! the pictures look nicer than how it actually is, the whole place was not the cleanest. even the lobby and staircase looked like they havent been cleaned in a while. Mould in de fride in the room
