Great place to stay

Lots of construction going on

Clean and comfortable rooms.

The staff is amazing and extremely friendly. My room was ready and clean. Although I was surprised about the size of my King size room and missing closet. Everything was clean but there were a lot of patched walls and peeling wallpaper throughout. Overall this is a great hotel. I would recommend a few minor fixes and that's it. I do recommend this hotel as a nice place to stay.

Bed and Television was the highlight of my stay....as well as the shower....

The air conditioner in my room was leaking and half of my room was flooded shortly after my check-in. I went downstairs and patiently stood in line until my turn and told the clerk. He told me he was the only one on duty and that he wanted to serve the rest of the people standing in line behind me. I told him I had food reservations and he said he was the only one there. There was a young lady who was also behind the counter and I asked if I could go with her and he said she wasn't on the clock yet. I asked if I could move to another room and he said he would have to do a walk-through. I was rather insistent because I had dinner reservations with my family. He seemed quite agitated with my request yet told the customer behind me he would be back shortly. We went up in the elevator with another young lady that had been standing in line. He asked her if she needed something and she indicated that she was looking for a package. The elevator hit my floor and he stormed off without even allowing the young lady to get out of the elevator. She and I exchanged glances regarding his rudeness. He took the pictures of my flooded room, went downstairs and issued me a key to a replacement. Not very friendly, not very respectful to myself or the young lady on the elevator. I would send him back through training if he is going to be in a public relations type of job! Friday July 17th at approximately 5:45 p.m.

Staff was extremely nice and helpful l, breakfast was better than expected.

Booked a family trip and met other family members there and we had a pleasant stay. Everything was clean and breakfast was good for a quick bite of oatmeal, coffee, eggs and sausages. The pancake machine didn't work so I wasn't able to try their pancakes. Overall, the stay was great!

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Breakfast was excellent, staff were all friendly great parking and everything was very clean. Our girls enjoyed the indoor pool as well

said he could bring up some towels for me to dry the floor myself. really? no maintenance staff to come up and check it our or to dry the floor? no offer for me to switch rooms? no discount or rewards point offered? granted I booked through expedia so maybe they couldn't offer a discount or points, but I did try to book directly through the hotel but they couldn't match the price. anyway I doubt I will use this hotel again!

But very good price.
