Beautiful place

The casino is super clean and not an overpowering cigarette smoke smell. A nice surprise every time we go. Under the Oak cafe is handy and food is good. Staff was always friendly and helpful.. Recommend

The hotel has a great atmosphere. Overall, I was very impressed with the service, accommodations, and experience. I would definitely recommend the Scarlett Pearl to anyone looking for a nice place to stay, and I look forward to visiting again!

We have stayed there several times and everthing was as previous visits. However we were asked to vacate the property after 1st night. One of our dogs showed aggressive behavior toward another small dog. I believe she thought it was a cat. I dont feel as if we should have had to vacate. I believe that your hotel is large enough that we could have kept distance from each other. She has not ever showed aggressive behavior before. We have never had any prior complaints against us. No actual physical attack or harm took place just barking and lunging toward the other dog.
