the coffee was not Vietnamese but Nescafe. We have to walk across to the co-workers 24/7 space for a nice VN coffee.

Nice place, good breakfast Hotel was extremely noisy, walls are paper thin. People yelling at each other , kids crying and screaming. ?

Nothing I told them I wasn’t able to come, and try to talk to them, they kept saying we don’t see your booking and it isn’t here. I seek out help from booking.com and they tried to help me but nothing as well, not even a partial refund which I would have been fine with to.

The hotel is clean and comfortable, is a little bit far away from the center but, anyway Da Nang is so large, the staff was nice and helpful. The swimming pool on the rooftop was warm and relaxing. The breakfast fast wasn't on my taste even if was varied. It is probably only my opinion.

The property including rooms were very clean. The rooftop pool was amazing as were the views. Staff and breakfast very good Location was a little far away from the hustle and bustle of Da Nang but extremely close to airport

Clean, comfortable, great staff and good breakfast. I cannot complain about the quality of the hotel and the area where the hotel is located is central to many things and activities, which served us well. However there wasn’t much around the hotel itself for stores and restaurants. I wish I had picked a hotel closer to the Dragon Bridge where everything was.

The hotel was amazing, good value for purchase, amazing location, very tidy and clean also spacious room. But i have to say the best thing about it was the service and the professionalism of the receptionist Tran Anh who went above and beyond to make my stay exceptional and facilitated my life by finding me the best bookings.

I we liked that the property was walking distance to a lot of places. We also enjoyed the pool and the pineapple juice was the most delicious. The rooms ( we had 2) we not very well maintained. The walls and floors seemed filthy. The bathroom had mold. It didn’t feel up to par for a hotel that was rated 4 stars.

It’s in good location. The room is clean and smells good. The room was not soundproof — we could hear constant noise from the road and from neighboring rooms, which made it hard to relax. The lift was also very slow. Additionally, the breakfast was disappointing. Some items labeled as vegan were later confirmed to contain pork, which is quite concerning and unacceptable for guests with dietary restrictions. They also don’t provide water bottle on day of checkout and the bottles which are included are very small.

Decent facility, convenient location. High floor has good view. Bed is big Noisy, street, next room, no sound proof at all. Housekeeping usually done too fast so I am not sure about cleanliness
