The Pro: The hotel is in a good location, only one block away from the beach. We got a sea view room, you can see the sea even though there are a few buildings in front. You can also see the Lady Buddha in the distance. There are many restaurants and marts around, so very convenient. The Con: the service is subpar compared to comparable hotels we have stayed in HCMC and Hoi An. We arrived at 1pm after a long plane ride. Checkin time is usually 2pm, Staff wouldn't make any accommodations even with two kids. Made us wait till exactly 2pm. They don't provide any ice, made you buy from their minimart. That's just being stupidly cheap in such hot summer time. Their breakfast buffet has ok variety, but quality is mediocre. The afternoon tea is like a joke, with literally just tea, no milk, no sugar, no coffee at all and two or three pastry and fruit choices. We didn't bother after seeing the offering. The staff also misplaced my laundry after laundry service. All in all, I wouldn't recommend this hotel as there are so many other hotel choices even just nearby.

Good location. Hotels website pictures were misleading. Room was old and small but pictures made it look like a 5 star room . I was extremely mad and disappointed when I walked into the room.

The location was good considering it was only a few minute walk to the beach. There are also a lot of local restaurants nearby. Also has a convenience mart on the ground floor. The cleaning staff was extremely lazy; they do not consistently replace towels meaning they refold dirty towels to pretend they are clean. Soap is not refilled when empty, daily water is not dropped off, and mosquitoes are let into the room whenever cleaning is done.

We enjoyed being in this location with a view of the beach from our room, the pool with a beach view, rooms were a good size, and were clean with comfy beds. Breakfast was a good selection. Some of us really didn’t like the welcome drink. We felt there were fire violations (the door to the escape stairs were hooked open - we don’t think these would auto close in case of a fire. And there were no floor numbers in the staircase.

The location is good. The staff is very helpful and courteous. Clean and tidy. You could have more healthy options for breakfast, more protein based options. Maybe chicken based. Or protein shake.

Bro I tell you what, the massage place across from the hotel was the best in town. Hotel staff were all very responsive and helpful, and the breakfast was nice too. Lowkey pricey compared to many other options. Nothing else to say.

location was really good, close to beach and across the road from quite a few good restaurant options, nice room and view, nice view from the pool, staff generally helpful and friendly. spa staff trying for a 5 star review which was input by them on my phone, rather than allowing me to complete a review which was a little awkward. Massage not five star.

The staff are very helpful and speak English fluently. They helped carry our luggage up the front steps when we arrived and when we departed, and they ensured we had safe transportation to and from the hotel anytime we left for the day. Laundry services were provided for a reasonable rate (40,000 VND per kilogram with a minimum of 4kg). The inifinity pool was very nice (though kind of deep, so beware if you are coming with young children). They do provide floatation devices and some pool toys. The towels could use a refresh, as some of them were old and dirty. The gym is available, but it is very small.
