The location is very convenient for any plans that await. Great restaurants all around, very close to the beach, and amazing excursions you can book. There is nothing negative to say about this place.

Everyone is very helpful Nothing

The place is a gem valuewise. Breakfast is great, rooms are modern, clean and big. Afternoon tea was also very nice. Staff is attentive and friendly. We didnt try a la carte food as there wasnt any time for it. Conveniently located across the beach with one major road to cross. The big let down about this place is that its located between two construction sites. There was so much construction noise, especially when heavy construction machinery arrived after 10pm, just when people would want to go to sleep. We took the liberty of measuring the noise with a small db meter on the phone and it showed around 88db - as standing next to a running truck. We moved out after three nights due to the unbearable noise. It needs to be mentioned that the staff was engaging and tried moving us to a higher floor, but seeing how much noise we had we decided to move to a more tranquil place. We realize that this is not the hotels fault, but a vacation is supposed to be relaxing time for the whole family and not to wonder how to possibly get some sleep at night. The hotel refunded as the remaining nights we didnt stay there.

Perfect location The restaurant was not very efficient in the morning with food and layout. Very crowded and drinks with the bread area were very crowded together and always you are waiting in line and shoulder to shoulder with other people.

Staff was really friendly and helpful especially the pool area staff. Breakfast was excellent.

The room is big and affordable considering it is just across the beach. The staff are very accommodating. I stayed here for my birthday and they gave me a surprise cake. It’s convenient if you are looking for a stay that is very near the beach. It also has a pool at the top floor and their resto is very good as well.

The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The location is excellent—just steps from the beach and a short ride to many of Da Nang’s attractions and restaurants. Our room was spotless, modern, and comfortable, with a beautiful ocean view and an exceptionally comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a wide variety of fresh local and international options, and the rooftop infinity pool and sky bar provided breathtaking views and the perfect place to unwind. The overall value for money was exceptional, and the attention to detail throughout the property made our stay truly memorable. What stood out most, however, was the staff. Despite some construction taking place next door, they went above and beyond to ensure our stay remained comfortable and enjoyable. They proactively checked on us, communicated openly, and did everything possible to minimize any disruption. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine concern for our comfort turned what could have been a negative experience into a positive one. The team's commitment to guest satisfaction was outstanding, and thanks to their efforts, we were able to fully relax and enjoy our vacation. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend Haian Beach Resort to anyone visiting Da Nang.

If you want to be in the busiest and noisiest area across the street from the beach then this is your place. It’s relatively close to My Son but I’d recommend staying in Hoi An as a base instead of Danang. The construction next door was very noisy as we were directly across the constant hammering on the 6th floor. The gym was meh and the service was not personal nor attentive at all.

Fantastic location, steps (across a busy road) from the beach. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, and they even provided beach towels. Walking distance to great bars and restaurants Not the best value, rooms were not cheap and pricing for cocktails on the rooftop were comparable with some of the speakeasies in the city.

Location. Spacious rooms. Excellent complimentary breakfast buffet. There is construction next door. One of the bathrooms shower faces the toilet. So water is all over the toilet floor.

Pretty good location but we took a grab every time so location wasn’t that big of a deal. The staff was efficient and kind. I liked the bathroom because it didn’t leak anywhere. Nothing much.
