Location nice ,pleasant stay The breakfast variety for all 4 days was the same no changes no live stations also ,stayed at a similar priced property in Hanoi where the breakfast was a huge spread with live stations ,but in tru Hilton same things everyday ,am sure they can improve that

The location is pretty central. The money we paid for the hotel didn’t meet the expectations. There was no water, had to pay for laundry considering $90 per day. Very had to communicate with the staff. The room service just made the bed and left toilet the same. I requested to take care of the toilet and change the linens but none of those were done. I had keep asking for essentials every single day. We had to keep calling them again and again to look at ac cause it was not working. Breakfast was pretty mid. There are other better places for $90 range.

Loved everything about my stay at Tru by Hilton Da Nang. The hotel had such a nice vibe from the reception all the way to the rooms. Everything was functional without being excessive or too minimal; the simple décor and ambience were just right. The room had nice quality linen and bath towels. Special kudos to Gary at reception for changing my room upon request without any fuss, truly appreciated the smooth and professional service. Breakfast was simple, but perfectly fine for me. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Would definitely return. A couple of small improvements could make the experience even better: soundproofing in the rooms could have been better and adding a non-slip mat in the shower would provide extra comfort and safety.

Tour buses could pick us up easily from our hotel, yet it was away from a more touristy area. None. We had a great stay.

The room is clean. I like the rolling curtain. Toilet nice and clean my wife loves it. Gym available, and the laundry drying machine is absolutely perfect. Breakfast bun bao with Pho Ga so delicious! Ms Linh is so kind helping us our tour package. None
