Great location, family owned property. The staff are amazing, cleaning services every morning. The front desk greeted us and helped with laundry services. Construction next door, hard for cars to come through.

Great hotel for short or long stay in Da Nang, not too far from the beach.

Nice little hotel, with proximity to beach and restaurants in the area. My Khe beach is short walk away, as is number of local and international restaurants. Place was superb, we had 4 rooms, 2 with window and 2 without. Property had superb cleaners, laundry, pool area was not too busy and staff was helpful to arrange local tours and tickets. Small hotel with family feel, but not a home stay. Modern rooms with beautiful paintings all over the hotel. Check-in was a bit messy, as some rooms were not ready, but the team was helpful to upgraded rooms to better room next day. Room with no windows had de-humidifier, but it's still difficult to dry clothes, especially if multiple people stay in the room and have wet towels and clothes. Hotel would benefit from paid dryer in the ground floor. Laundry service at property is an option to solve, this but that means do washing daily. Near by there is number of shops with dryer.

Great new hotel with large rooms, however tiny bathroom with shower on top of toilet. Close to My Khe beach but very busy to get to city centre.
