Everything, it’s incredibly clean, comfortable bed, the staff is super helpful and will provide everything you need in an instant…perfect! It is a bit out of the centre, so you might have a bit more travel time but I would definitely go back here :)

The room is spacious with modern design and there are a minibar and a sizable TV. Super helpful staff. Motorbike rental The floor is dusty with a lot of hair! The TV is big but youtube did not work!! The shower gets everyhwere but the cleaner often forgot to give a bath mat floor towel

The rooms were spacious and very clean. The staff were very friendly. A bit out of the way to the main attractions and beaches.

Only thing I could say is that a restaurant is advertised but there is no restaurant.

Amazing views of the river and mountains. The jr. suite was very spacious. The furniture was newer, well appointed overall. The staff were exceptionally polite went out of their way for anything. Only 5 minutes to the beach by grab

A renovated hotel, right on the road, close to the airport, and good connection to the center of the city. Rooms are spacious. The rooms probably went under reconstruction not a very long time ago, however the quality of furniture seem to be very poor. The bathroom door could never be closed because the ply wood soaked up moisture and expanded, therefore, the door did not close. There was a bath tub but no curtain, so when you're taking a shower, it splashes all over. The drainage had a strange smell and there was not bath matt...Housekeeping came to do cleaning around 8:00 a.m., rang and POUNDED on the door many times while we were still sleeping, but didn't come back in the afternoon to do housekeeping anymore. The walls and the doors are very thin, we can hear everything very well, including our neighbor's kids next door and our neighbors above us. As we were leaving early morning, we asked reception for a quotation for a taxi to the airport. We were quoted 300'000VND for a 10-minute drive from the hotel to the airport, saying it is expensive because it is very early in the morning. We confirmed the evening before and paid in full to the reception. We came for check out at 4:45a.m. asking for the taxi. The reception tells us that the taxi is on the way. However he wasn't able to reach the taxi driver either...and instead of being honest with us, he just led us on. In the end, we were able to book a Grab taxi (for only 80'000VND) and asked for a full refund from the reception. We were left shocked that we were agreed to pay more to make sure we have a secured service that will get us to the airport on time but in the end, we were left with no real explanation of why the taxi didn't come and until we asked for the full refund, the reception come with a better solution...we are travelling for over a month in Vietnam now and stayed in even cheaper hotels than Lupin, but we did not experience service as bad as in Lupin...unfortunately it is very disappointing that the manager didn't invest more into training their staff as this could have been avoided.

The staff were great, especially Huonz, she was so knowledgeable and so helpful. The room was very spacious and the bed was very comfy. Great value for money Hotel. Even though the room was great, it could do with a freshen up (new paint). The bathroom needed some maintenance.

This is a great hotel in a great location. The hotel room was clean and the staff were wonderful. Receptionist Ms. Thuan was so cute and helpful.

Very good hotel at competitive price

The place was clean and had a lovely view but we were only there for a couple of hours as we had to leave for the airport soon after.
