The cleanliness, the staff, the laundry room and all other amenities were spot on. It was a great location as well, and everything about our stay was beyond amazing. Even the breakfast was so good!

We had a very comfortable stay at the Village. It was a short one, yet very relaxing. The hotel is centrally located and a walking distance to the waterfront and a few mins away from all the good restaurants. Thank you to the staff for making our stay memorable!

Hotel is near to airport. This hotel could easily be one of my favourite so far. The hoteliers were all very nice and friendly. Room was clean and spacious. It was affordable considered the number of nights we have stayed there. Amenities was top up daily and huge thumbs up that they have water dispenser and free laundry service. Like what some mentioned, the lighting wasn't great for people who do make up or do their hair before heading out. But that could easily be overlooked by me as the room was clean and spacious. ?

Breakfast was very limited

Great breakfast, and a terrific breakfast box the day we went out early. Nice feel to the historic building. Washing machine and dryer (but not during sleeping hours).

Everything, the decor is stunning, the free laundry service, and the pleasant aroma of the room upon entering made for a very pleasant experience. Furthermore, the staff were very attentive to my needs as a solo traveler who was feeling unwell during my stay, always asking how I was and offering assistance. Even after checking out, they continued to ensure I arrived safely at my destination. Excellent service and an unforgettable stay ?. I really appreciate that. PS: This hotel is located in a quiet area and local neighborhood compared to their other chain the M Village Hotel Danang Centre, which is located in a busy tourist area. After staying at both hotels, I prefer the quieter, more relaxed atmosphere. I will definitely stay here again if I return to Danang ? Nothing

This hotel is truly 5 star--the staff, the service, the interior design, the wonderful rehabilitation of a historic landmark building, the food, the original art everywhere, the flowers--all extremely tasteful. Remarkable design! And it is better than the photos! I had an upper level room across from a charming coffee house on a side street (view included with this review), which I highly recommend. Housekeeping was extremely thorough and discreet, and everyone was very kind and welcoming. I stayed for 4 weeks but would love to have stayed longer, and certainly hope to be back. This was a city stay away from the madding crowd of the beach with a lovely library, several charming co-working spaces, delightful lounges, and free laundry! Everything was great--ask for a room with a view!

It is stunning very peaceful inside the hotel staff were amazing and could not do enough to help our stay be fantastic and having the use of washer and dryer was great especially when we are moving around the country and it is humid you don’t want pack sweaty damp clothing. We did book this in part for the sound proofed rooms as I am a light sleeper and they are quite from noise from the hotel but not from the street we were moved rooms and the staff did everything possible but the window are single glazed and on sliders is on small wheel which means no complete seal our second room was quieter

Friendly staffs were always willing to help me, recommend good local hole in the wall places, and strike up a conversation with customers. Breakfast was exceptional with three course meals (salad, main, dessert) it is a 2floor hotel so comparatively small but it is very cozy and pretty and quite without crowds I might accidentally turn off hot water but didn’t know how to turn it on ? so I had to have a cold shower but the weather was hot so okay anyway

They would even text you after checking out that day to make sure you arrived next stops safely. What a kindness! Also the breakfast is excellent! Location is close to the airport too. Probably nothing. Everything is wonderful

The hotel is indeed cozy and clean. The rooms were well-maintained. In terms of value for the price, I found it to be very reasonable. The amenities offered were decent, and the breakfast was surprisingly delicious. It might get noisy early in the morning but it's more of a bike/small business problem that can not be solved by a hotel.

What a wonderful hotel in Da Nang. Very stylish, good quality and quiet at the same time. Close to everything. With nice wine bars and coffee shops close bye. Delicious breakfast and very helpful staff. Can only recommend it.

Nice hotel with everything you need. There is a laundry. There is breakfast (the food is a bit monotonous if you live for a long time). The best service - the staff tries to solve all the problems that arise. There is no "do not disturb" sign. For those who like to sleep, this may not be very convenient.

I liked most that I felt very safe and confortable. I also appreciated the contemporary design of the entire hotel, the attention and kindness of the staff, the good location and the overall etiquette. Can’t think of anything.
