We are always extremely happy with our stays at Novotel Premier Han River Danang. The hotel offers outstanding quality, excellent service, and a wonderful experience every time. The staff are always friendly, professional, and welcoming. The breakfast is absolutely delicious with a great selection, and the attention to detail is truly impressive. The hotel gym is perfect and well-equipped, and we really appreciate the yoga sessions offered by the hotel, which bring an extra feeling of wellness and relaxation. The swimming pools are fantastic, and the spa facilities offer a wonderful opportunity to relax and enjoy some well-deserved time for yourself. We highly recommend choosing a suite and enjoying the Premier Lounge access – it makes the stay even more special with extra comfort, excellent service, and beautiful surroundings. We always choose to stay here whenever we visit Danang and can highly recommend this wonderful hotel. We can't wait to go back.

Great views of the river and firework show. Ngan from the team was exceptional in terms of providing good service and helpfulness. Unexpected surcharge due to the fireworks, long wait times for the elevator across the day.

Central location. We stayed in an apartment room with Al the mod cons including washing machine, although we did not need to use it. We had a beautiful riverfront view. The safe was located on a bottom shelf which makes it a bit difficult to use, esp if one has joint problems or back problems.

Room was comfortable. Having the laundry machine was a plus. Used it every day. Buffet breakfast was great. Good choices. View from the room was nice. Looked south along the Han River. Room size was okay but needs a place to put luggage. Ended up being placed on the floor.

Location and view Disappointing experience – not worthy of 5 stars I was very disappointed with my stay at this Novotel hotel. For a 5-star hotel, the quality was far below expectations. The room was very dusty and felt poorly cleaned. The room size was small, which did not match what I would expect from a hotel of this category. The TV was outdated and could not connect to YouTube or any smart features. I also tried using HDMI, but it did not work at all, making the TV basically useless. Overall, the room condition and facilities were not acceptable for a 5-star hotel, and the experience did not match the price or brand reputation. I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made.

What this hotel lack was character and does not make you feel like home. Hotel restaurant and room services couldn't be charged to room bills. Further, our room has a leaky shower floor!!!
