It is clean and the one who manage it knows how to speak English and considerate with our needs as guests. It is spacious and has value for our money. None so far.

Bathroom very run down with water leak so bathroom floor likely for slip and fall, room had no window so very dark scary.

Really convenient for the airport, clean and comfortable. I wasn't sure how easy it'd be to get there from the airport but it was very quick, just a few hundred metres. The Google Maps directions say you have to loop around the north of the airport but that's wrong, you actually exit on the same side as the homestay. From domestic arrivals, you just come out of the airport, walk through the car park, cross the road, go through a small lane, walk past some houses and you're there. I stayed here before and after my trip to Hoi An (as my plane arrived at midnight and the next plane departed at 7:30am). I also rented a motorbike from the homestay for a good price. I'd definitely recommend it.
