I stayed at the Bach Nam Hotel for eight nights and had a wonderful experience. The hotel itself was clean, pleasant, and comfortable, and the staff were consistently kind, honorable, and welcoming. I was treated with fairness, warmth, and genuine hospitality throughout my stay. What truly made this stay special, however, was the neighborhood. Hoa An is a local area with very few expats, and if you’re looking to experience the real Da Nang, this is a fantastic place to stay. The streets are alive and vibrant, filled with incredible street food, friendly smiles, and engaging personalities. My room was perfectly acceptable and comfortable, but the surrounding community is what sold me on this stay. Exploring the local markets, discovering food stalls, and navigating the area with a translator app became an unforgettable cultural experience. Once I found my footing, I felt warmly welcomed by the people around me. Compared to staying earlier in the city center near the college and deeper into the expat community, the difference was night and day. This stay offered a far more authentic and enriching experience of Da Nang. I truly enjoyed my time at the Bach Nam Hotel and in this wonderful neighborhood, and I would happily stay here again.

An oasis in a not so glamorous part of Danang. A distinctly vietnamese area that's quietish and colouful at night.Prices a lot cheaper.in this area and i didnt see any tourists. Room was solid.and clean.everything worked except the TV. of course! very close to bus station not the train station as I had thought ! The staff were very helpful but didn't speak any English. check in out times are not the same as on booking.com. I arrived after rough train journey desperately needing a shower and bed but had to wait. ended up more through poor communication in different room. this review is for double room. not much of a view but was glad to have windows!

Just near the bus station Very dirty. I didn’t even dare to sit down and pass motion. Bedsheet is smelly, towels have so many stains. Not recommended

Close to Da Nang Bus Station. We acknowledge it was a cheap price and you get what you pay for. Our room wasn’t ready for 30mins, the lift didn’t work, there was a man walking through the hotel smoking, our room smelt of tobacco, bed sheets weren’t changed, staff didn’t seem like they wanted us there and one of the staff members tried to charge us higher prices for drinks despite a previous staff member selling for the original price. Shower head didn’t work and only a tap at hip level worked.
