Staff was very friendly and helpful. Nhu at the Front desk was the best. We had a family get together. Good breakfast. Sky bar has air conditioning. Great views. Great location. Would stay again. Nothing

When we first arrived and checked in, we had to pay for the entire room upfront before even seeing the room. Then they could only give us 1 room key (standard plastic card) for a party of 4. Never seen anything like that in my life of travelling. Thirdly when we finally got to our room, which was suppose to be for 4 people, it was actually a 1 bedroom with another bed put in the sitting area. There was only 1 bathroom and that was in the bedroom. One couple moved into a different hotel. In the morning, the included breakfast was just OK, except the coffee was always lukewarm and extremely weak.

breakfast was great staff was super friendly and room had an amazing view room was quite run down to be honest. there were holes in the floor and like mold ? or dirty on the curtains and some stains on our sheets that looked like ink or something not a huge deal but still annoying for the price we paid for the hotel which wa slike 183CAD for 2 night, we saw this hotel on tiktok ig and had really good google reviews. so it was a bit dissapointing going into a room that was kind of run down. bathroom also didnt have hot water at first but they fixed it. location was a bit far. we also asked to rent the scooter for an extra day even though we weretn staying at the hotel and they said it was fine but then last minute they changed their minds and said we had to give it back which was also quite annoying but i guesss thats its just saved for current hotel guests.

Staff was excellent; kind, caring and professional. The food was fairly priced for a 4 star hotel and tasty. We loved the room service and rooms are quite lovely with the sea view! The rooftop pool is relaxing, but the water is a little cold, views are great. Housekeeping could have cleaned a little better during our 6 day stay, many times I was left without new toilet paper or the wastebasket being in the bathroom changed. The coffee cups in the room were washed by hand in my bathroom instead of getting me new ones.

It is what you expect. The breakfast was sad with a lot of choices but no flavour. The rooms need a bit of maintenance.

The ocean is right across the street. The breakfast buffet is very good. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Beautiful view of the beach and ocean. Great sunrise views. I will return. This is my second stay at this hotel.

Room was well equipped and roof top pool amazing. Breakfast selection was 10/10 with a great view. Friendly staff. Restaurant food was really good and cheaply priced. The hotel was at the end of the beach with no restaurants or shops close by.

This is a mid budget place, but the service and room facing the ocean and Lady Buddha make it a winner for me. Thank you to the staff for their hard work, kindness, and patience. I'll definitely be back.
