There was a weird smell sometimes in the hallway. One of the rooms we got also had this smell but we were offered a new room immediately when we requested.

The area it s very good, close to the beach and city centre. As well the staff is very friendly, especially the captain Rosie.

Pool had a great view of city and beach Breakfast buffet is mostly Asian food but good Welcome drink and lobby are nice Location great Room is tired looking for a 4 star hotel Walls are paper thin, even when others were trying to be quiet your could hear all the doors opening and closing late at night and early in the morning as well as music blaring outside There are only 3 loungers at the pool so if they are taken you’re out of luck There is only 1 elevator used by both cleaning staff and guests that is super slow and often full, so in the morning you may have to wait 10+ minutes and have the elevator pass you at least once just to get the elevator up to your room from breakfast. The stairwell is not made for guests either After experiencing this and walking all the way up many flights of stairs - my room card key did not work and I add to go all the way back down to the lobby, wait for maintenance and then wait to go back up… No liquid had soap

Overall, we had a really pleasant stay at this hotel, especially because of the staff. Everyone was kind, welcoming, and genuinely warm. There was one staff member in particular who always had a smile on his face whenever we saw him, it didn’t feel forced at all, just naturally friendly, which made the stay feel more personal. The service throughout was consistent and thoughtful. During breakfast, the staff would check in on us, ask how our stay was going, and even asked about our plans for the next day. When we mentioned that we’d be checking out early, they offered to prepare a takeaway breakfast for us since we’d miss the usual breakfast hours. The next morning, they had everything ready l, eggs, fruits, and a complete meal which was such a thoughtful gesture and not something every hotel offers. We also appreciated the small touches, like the welcome drinks upon arrival and the bracelet they gave us. It was a simple but meaningful souvenir. The staff also assisted with our luggage, which added to the smooth experience. The location is another big plus. It’s within walking distance to the beach and very close to restaurants, shops, and other services, making it really convenient to explore the area. As for the facilities, the rooftop area with the pool and steam room was nice and not crowded during our stay, which made it feel almost private. The pool itself isn’t very big, but considering how close the hotel is to the beach, it didn’t feel like a downside. If there’s anything that could be improved, it would be the lighting in the room. While the room itself was comfortable and well-cooled, it would have been nice to have more flexible lighting options. Most of the switches control larger sections of the room, so having a softer, dim lighting option for certain areas would make the space feel more relaxing, especially at night. Overall, it was a great stay with excellent service, a convenient location, and thoughtful touches that made a difference.

Beautiful sea view and perfect beachfront location. The sunrise was amazing, and the breakfast had great variety every day. Special thanks to Rusie for her warm and friendly service! Highly recommended!

The hotel is located perfectly, the rooms are nice, the staff is very helpful and the breakfast is also very good. Rosie was very nice to us and also gave me a very cute hand made bracelet. We enjoyed our stay here. I would personally remove the chair and the little table from the superior rooms as it is a bit small and it s a bit hard to handle big trolleys.
