The one card per room policy. It’s annoying when adult family members want to be able to come and go separately.

Room seems clean, bathroom was clean The bedsheets were extremely itchy. I’m not sure why, but I read some other reviews where someone said the same thing so it wasn’t just me. I purchased a room that said city view, but the windows actually faced the hallway of the hotel not a city. On top of that there is an active construction project going on that started at 6 AM everyday literally on the roof. They did not tell me about this. I ended up staying at my friends hotel because I wasn’t even able to sleep in. That being said, the room itself was not bad, It was clean.

The hotel is within walking distance of the beach and surrounded by many restaurants, making it very convenient. My initial room was quite noisy due to nearby construction, but the staff promptly moved me to a quieter room on an upper floor, which I appreciated. There was elevator access from the basement, meaning there was no need to carry luggage up to reception. The ladies at the reception were lovely and very helpful, especially in assisting me with arranging a tour to Hoi An On the downside, the rooms could benefit from some TLC, particularly the paintwork and linen. The bins outside the hotel do not create the most welcoming first impression, and the reception area's air conditioning may need maintenance as the air often felt heavy and stuffy when entering.

First trip was perfect no problems 2nd trip on3/226 The credit card machine no working Having to switch hotel rooms Cash deposit before stay And cash only to stay Just a tiny inconvenience We just switched hotels Hopefully next time credit card machine will work

With all the hit or miss places to stay in Da Nang I really liked this place. Super clean and comfortable. I specifically appreciated the clean and fresh bedding which is usually the biggest issue in VN. Nothing.
