Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended! We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, making it very convenient to explore the area. What truly stood out was the exceptional service — every staff member, from the doorman to the restaurant team, was incredibly friendly, attentive, and thoughtful. We felt genuinely well taken care of throughout our stay. The hotel also offers great amenities, including a rich and delicious breakfast, a delightful afternoon tea from 2–5 PM, and even complimentary beef pho during happy hours from 7–10 PM, which was a wonderful surprise. The only downside is that the stairs leading from the street to the lobby do not have handrails, which may be inconvenient for elderly guests or those with limited mobility.

Extremely pleasant experience here in Monarque!Facilities are really tasteful and cozy. Staff are soooo warm and accommodating. Particularly, the solid wood American-style furniture exudes a sense of luxury and homelike warmth. FYI: breakfast is plentiful，even the free late-night meal is exquisite. Definitely would like come back if having opportunities. None

The warm welcome to guest is exceptional. Welcome drinks and a small snack and a warm face towel to freshen up while waiting for our room being prepared since we arrived early was a great touch. There attentiveness of what we possibly need during our stay makes me feel so special. And the breakfast was excellent. There’s a lot of choices available. None

Beautiful property, wonderful location across street from beautiful beach. Breakfast included easily best we have experienced in Vietnam, or anywhere for that matter. Friendly, super helpful staff… every single person. Great talent and training, well done! Minor, but property is clearly family friendly which is great. But some families let kids run a little amuck, some gentle reminder from staff to parents timely to tone kids down so doesn’t risk enjoin others would be good.

Right across from beach, easy access with Grab to downtown. Basic but decent breakfast, great egg and pho chef in am. A bit isolated, if not going to beach. Row after row of hotels though

Wonderful hotel across from the beach. The staff were all exceptionally helpful and friendly. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were lovely. The breakfast was AMAZING with so many options. The afternoon tea was also a nice addition. I was really disappointed there was not an option to refill water bottles. The hotel provided one small bottle everyday, but that felt very wasteful. The pool area was very small and not ideal for spending much time. The gym is nice to have, but also small and not possible for more than 2 people at one time.

The service from this hotel exceeded our expectations, Sophia when she was working always made time to make sure we were enjoying our stay. All the staff went above and beyond to make us feel special.
