New Sky Hotel

1 hour before my arrival they canceled my booking on me, and said please change your plans so this doesn’t affect you. Well it did affect me, by a lot

Service and room facilities are very bad / room are very messy/ staff are not attention to the guest

It was close to the beach It was very dirty, used glasses on the side table, bathroom floor with trash, surfaces not wiped.. I asked for a change, and at least the floor didnt have plastics and paper, although it had hairs, and surfaces were dirty anyways. Beds were very springy, making a lot of noise..

Very well situated, near to beach and dragon Bridge. Shower was hot and okay. Price was so cheap.you get what you pay for, so no complain The rooms were smelly, not clean. Staff changed our room 3 times, the first was without window. Staff was not friendly, they spoke hardly no English

Location is perfect Don’t expect a 10/10 room if it’s cheap :)

I enjoyed this place. I was allowed to do early check in (for extra fee). Lots of food, temples nearby. Night markets also nearby.

Good location. Friendly staff. Not the room shown in the photos. Literally, paper thin walls. You can see light through the wall from the next room. I was woken up by the cleaning staff each morning, cleaning the room next to mine.

Location After seeing the room I did immediately book another place and left. It was too moldy and smelling extremely bad. There were no windows to open.

The room wasn't too bad. The guys at the reception are nice and helpful. They let me stay at the reception while waiting for my late train which was really helpful. The pictures and the room don't really correspond but wasn't that bad.

The service was good and they were friendly. The room reeked of mold and was outdated. We couldn't even use the airco because of the smell. While I understand the price is.not expensive and I can live with the outdated room but the mold was just disgusting.

Very nice owner and staff, nice hotel in a nice area. The room looked a bit old, the wall was not spotless but didn't bother me.

The location is good, The linen was clean. The staff is Ok. The TV set doesn't work. The room and furniture is quite outdated. They don't speak English.

Nice room for a good price, just a few streets back from the beach. Staff was very pleasant and welcoming. I'd be happy to stay there again. Small fridge. TV worked, with some English movie channels. Wifi was solid. No desk in my room for those who want to do some work. But I was able to use a low table adequately.

Hotel was in a good location and pretty cheap. The walls are very thin so you can hear the people in the next room talking which make it hard to sleep especially if they are watching something on the TV/Phone. The room could also use a bit more love, it looked like the mirror and the shelf in the bathroom weren't clean in a while and the same goes for the air con remote.

Price and location was good, the air conditionner works, the shower works On booking, it was a large room "with city view", and what I got was a tiny room with no window. I was directly connected to a (noisy) neighbor because there was not a real wall between us, i think they cut a bedroom in half with a wall material that is not soundproof at all.

Pleasant

The location was fantastic for the beach, lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Friendly staff. Clean room and decent sized. Air con worked well. Good value for the money. Good wifi. The mattress was very springy. The hotel was really noisy - not the fault of the hotel in itself but the other guests. We got little sleep as you could hear people coming and going through the night. Local karaoke was loud but stopped about 10pm.

Very friendly staff always helpful and welcoming. I really like the hotel so keep extended my stay there The nice receptionist give me always the room I like ? I will will stay there if I come back to Danang!
