Beautiful boutique design hotel, with a lot of attention to detail. The staff were very friendly, kind, and so accommodating of vegetarian diets for breakfast. The personalization of the experience was a nice touch (shower amenities). The breakfast was delicious and generous. The location is excellent for exploring My Khe beach and the Song Tra Peninsula. The room amenities are great. We stayed in a room near the front of the building and there was quite a bit of noise from the street - I think this is rather unavoidable in a busy city like Da Nang, especially near the beach. There are a few minor elements missing from the room - no full body mirror, or mirror over/near the sink, and no outlets in the bathroom for hairdryer, etc. The plug for the soaker tub also did not close so we were unable to use it. Note that the power in the room is controlled by key card, and the AC will turn off if you take it out when you go out (important during hot weather like now!).

Beds are comfortable and the reception and breakfast area are beautifully done. BREAKFAST IS REALY GOOD AND DECENT. We asked staffs to help us prepare takeaway breakfasts and they did it promptly. Walking distance to the beach, which is really nice. One of the staffs we met the morning we checked out were actually open and listening. I looked forward to staying in this hotel because of its beautiful and unique design, and I had even recommended it to many friends before staying here myself. Unfortunately, my first actual experience was DEEPLY DISAPPOINTING. I stayed in female dorm and my boyfriend in mixed dorm because private rooms weren't available the day we came. The dorm setup feels like AN AFTERTHOUGHT. There is no elevator access for dorm guests, you have to take the lift to another floor and then walk down small stairs to reach the rooms. It already creates a sense of being treated as second-class compared to guests in private rooms. Except the bed and lockers, the dorm facilities are UNACCEPTABLE. The bathrooms are dirty, with no separate slippers, and the toilet and shower are combined in one completely UNVENTILATED space. Guests walk in with outdoor shoes, leaving the floor wet and filthy. The lack of ventilation makes hot showers suffocating and extremely unpleasant in a shared setting. Meanwhile, the bathroom near the reception area is clearly designed with proper ventilation openings, which only highlights how neglected and poorly thought-out the dorm bathrooms are. In the mixed dorm, Wi-Fi does not reach the room. Even worse, there was water leaking from the walls near electrical outlets, flooding parts of the floor. This is a serious SAFETY HAZARD. What made the experience worse was the staff response. The receptionist seemed completely UNAWARE of how serious these issues were and did not take any initiative to resolve them. We were simply told that cleaning staff had left and nothing could be done. Even after escalating to management and mentioning it again the next morning, nothing was addressed. It felt like speaking to someone who neither understood the problem nor had any intention of handling it. Overall, while the hotel looks great on the surface, the dorm experience is POORLY DESIGNED, POORLY MAINTAINED, and UNSAFE. I felt completely misled.

The staff couldn't be more helpful, greeting and professional. The bed blankets and pillows were the best I've had ever! Breakfast was abundant and worth every penny. Really made my stay in da nang. Thank you Ryan, NGOC, Chanh, Nhan, Phuong. Great time!

The room was nice and clean. Over all the entire place looks quite nice and new. Great fruit selection for breakfast and also during the day as well a a great location with only a short walking distance to the beach. Staff was always friendly. Out of the several available breakfast options only one is vegetarian. So you end up eating that one for days if you stay longer. Also the room door did not close at all, so you could always hear the guests from downstairs as well. The bathrooms are located in the hallway so for example their hairdryer kept us all up at night. The bathrooms should be definitely cleaned more regularly and properly.

The interior design is awesome and comfy, the breakfast is GREAT with local & western food options, the staffs are friendly and helpful, free snacks and fruits are available all the time. Lift is not available for block B ?I live at 4th floor and have to climb up and down every day

Great staff and good food. Decent location The layout of the building. Cramped and very poor set up for socializing. It was as if there was a contest to see who could build the most awkward and cramped hostel and they won.

Breakfast and service are AMAZING. Location is pretty nice, lots of supermarkets and cafes/restaurants around. Great lounge area for night calls or work spaces. Tbh I'm surprised that the dorm is THAT small. Your bed with the bed across you is only 2 walking steps away. No enough space for big luggages (2 luggages can already make it hard to walk inside the room). But the bed is pretty comfortable. Would be nice if the pillow is more fluffy tbh (but this is personal preferences).

The hotel carries its own unique vibes for its interior design. The staffs were very nice and eager to help you. Breakfast (bread with egg and avocado) was exceptional. Great location for me. Highly recommend it.

A small yet well organized hotel in a new, vibrant neighborhood. Shoutout to the young staff team for their good work and caring attitude. Great effort to maintain the place clean and tidy. I stayed in a dorm bed and it required a bit of effort to carry my luggage down the stairs, but that detail is rather insignificant. Plus, the fresh and generous breakfast is a pleasant surprise.

The breakfast was incredible!!! Quality and presentation were 10/10. Very filling, don’t ever change. The beds were very comfortable and clean. They all had privacy curtains Showers had hot water and great water pressure. They also had shampoo and shower gel Check in was easy and they helped me take my bags to my room and back down to my grab when I was leaving. Very kind all around. The hostel is very central, around some great restaurants and massage places, and close to the beach. I was in the 4 bed female dorm and it’s true, the rooms are very small. My 70L backpack laying flat on the ground took up half the room. There was no separate room with showers like in most hostels. The two bathrooms with showers were in direct access to the hallway. There was only one sink too. The “bathroom” sink was awkwardly in the middle of the hallway so when I was doing my hair and makeup, it felt like I was taking up space while housekeeping was doing their job. The faucet is directly under the small shelf so putting water into my mouth to brush my teeth was almost impossible bc I would hit my head when leaning forward. The shelves should definitely be on the side wall. The room keys were pointless. My door was always unlocked so I never needed it. One time I forgot my key inside while I went to the bathroom and I was able to open the door without it. Not a social hostel but I met people in my dorm and at breakfast due to the small space lol

The hostel is mins away from the beach, restaurants and spas. the staff was very helpful and friendly! The breakfast was amazing! I was working remotely and the staff was very helpful accommodating me at night during my work. Thank you to the staff Kushi, An and Tommy for helping during my 7 days stay! Looking forward to coming back and stay with my friends this coming September! Salamat po! ??

Roommates were kind. No noise policy from 11pm to 7am. Staff is also helpful. Stairs.

The staff were amazing and really helpful, and the downstairs area was really nice. The rooms were very uncomfortable even for dorm standards. The lock on the door and locker didn’t work. Blanket and towel I was given had stains on them. Pictures online not realistic of what it is like.

The room looks exactly like advertised. Such a quirky and unique place, I loved it so much. They provide you with free fruits and Vietnamese snacks at the counter, which is so sweet. The breakfast was amazing too. The staff are all so kind and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay here and would love to return one day ?
