Friendly and helpful staff. The room was large enough. Beds were comfy. The free breakfast was a feast! Lots of choices and they change the main dishes daily. Great location. Just two blocks from the beach (about a 5-10 minute walk), and lots of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. There’s an ATM across the street. May need some renovations, i saw signs of wear and tear already. Walls were pretty thin, you can hear noises from the adjacent rooms and from the hallway. WiFi was a little spotty at times. Body wash wasn’t refilled daily. We ran out on our last day :/ People with mobility issues may find it difficult to move around (stairs with no handrails at the main entrance, small elevators).

Employees were nice The elevator so slow the wait terrible , the food was really bad. Had to ask daily for things to be refilled from jelly to croissants. No body sees anything. People talked about it at breakfast. the noise from kids screaming in their rooms, the front stairs, too many things to list.

I would definitely recommend this great hotel : awesome location, close to the beach and walking distance to anything of importance in the area, very clean, luxurious and the staff in particular Carra and Sony were so helpful. They went above and beyond to help me out with booking rescheduling and we're very understanding. They even organized a free car to the airport. Will be back Nothing

Location was great being by the beach. We got lucky with a family suite as we got two attached rooms which we loved. The breakfast was decent too. There is no room service of any nature. We called them for basic stuff during the day and they would ask us to come and sort it out ourselves. Water was also tough to get here.

The rooms and the whole hotel are clean and relatively fresh. The people are very friendly and helpful. We were able to leave the bags after check out for half a day. They have a good breakfasts buffet. There is a pool a small fitness room. The location is in walking distance to a beach and the Dragon bridge. There are some good seafood restaurants nearby. Overall, it is a great value hotel.

Poorest internet connection ever, and even though we asked it to be fixed the speed didn’t change at all.

The Hotel is situated is very close to My Khe Beach and is very quiet and peaceful. The hospitality was amazing and were polite. Special mention to Cara and Sunny for being so warm and welcoming throughout our stay.

The room is big, the breakfast has a lot of options to choose from and also the staff is really friendly. The hotel is located at 7 min to the beach and 15 min to the dragon bridge.
