Everything - location was so good - right opposite beach and near good resturants

Location is amazing! Buffet breakfast definitely a stand out! Rooftop pool area and bar with views on both sides of the city were a bonus. Staff are so hospitable - we loved it here.

The place is perfect for families. You have everything in one spot. A cafe, resto, rooftop pool, spa and laundry service in one place.

Everything! The location, the staff, the room was so spacious, the beds were really comfortable, they cleaned the room everyday, it really felt like home. Nothing.

The staff were really great. Every single one of them will really take the time to greet you, in the lobby, along the corridoors, restaurant. The staff will also take time to hold the elevator for you which we noticed not just with one instance but with several occasion. Angela was great, she did not fail to ask us everyday how we are doing, do we want to have room cleaned, where are we going for the day. She would provide tips, advice and even helped me get a voucher in my grab app so I saved a lot with her guidance. When we were looking for an ATM, she took the time to enter the location in my google map, she was very helpful and sincere. She is good at her work. Everyone at the front desk and concierge are all commendable, very attentative, polite and courteous. The room is spacious with a balcony. It has a nice view of the My Khe beach. Clean and have everything we need. The location of the hotel is right in front of My Khe beach (you have to cross a road - with a nearby pedestrian lane and be very careful when crossing as passing vehicles do not slow down even if there’s a pedestrian lane). There are a lot of restaurants, convenience stores, pharmacy nearby. The breakfast also have wide spread of offering. If we get the chance to come back to Da Nang, we will definitely stay in this hotel again. Definitely value for your money. All the best to all the staff, keep it up! It would be great if there’s a call button for the bar by the swimming pool. We had to go up the bar (few steps only, not a big deal) every time we need to order our drinks. Not a serious issue, just good to have :)

The staffs were amazing and helpful. I enjoyed staying at this location. Especially, Alice from the in house restaurant. The swimming pool was great with the wonderful top view of the cities. None

The pool and gym were not the best.

The hospitality exceeded my expectation. The gym, spa and swimming pool were excellent. The roof top bar gives a panoramic view of the surroundings. Highly recommended.

The view of the ocean and sunrise from my room was absolutely breathtaking!!! Will definitely be back again!!

The breakfast was very good, which is included, and the hotel had a nice variety to choose from. All of the staff were kind, courteous, and very professional and i never saw one that didn't have a huge smile on their face. The facilities were well-kept and the hotel has little extras that will definitely make you appreciate them even more. The hotel is adjacent to the beach and a string of nice restaurants, so it is a matter of choosing one or several. The location is great so you are close to many attractions in Da Nang The hotel has set times for complimentary airport pick up and drop-off, which is 15 minutes away, but you need to let them know your arrival time and request the complimentary ride. I think most hotels do this, so it applies to all of them. If you miss the set time for your pick up, or it doesn't fit in your arrival time, you can request a pick for a fee. The fee, to me, is very inflated. Other than this, I didn't have an issue with the hotel, staff, or any other costs.

Nice view to the sea. Clean facilities. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. The view was a bit obstructed by the restaurant in front. The crossing road to the beach has no traffic light so it’s a bit dangerous.
