Room was large with a nice sea view. The roof top pool and the gym was kind of outdated.

No sound proof. Guests next door screaming.

Cleanliness was subpar. Staff was not hospitable when asked about concerns with the sheets upon check in.

Property is in a great location. 5 mins walk to the beach and restaurants are everywhere. Staff especially the bell boys are very helpful and kind. Would definitely come and stay again if I come back breakfast was great. Great options and very fulfilling.

The room is clean and nice. The staff are accommodating. They are friendly and helpful. The elevator is too small to accommodate 4 people. But it is still ok.

The location was excellent, the breakfast was 85% Asian and had at least 20 different selections! Eggs made to order! The staff was tremendous and cheerful even in the hot weather. Check out the Bep Cuon Michelin Restaurant 3 blocks away. I enjoyed the entire experience! Say Hi to Leo and Ivan, the everything guys in blue!

It's not beachfront it's on the second or third line... The pool is not well maintained.. The room is super small for two people, and the fridge was so noisy at night. At the checkout they kept us to check what we used for the snacks although we brought the checklist to pay .. they sent someone anyway and they were accusing us that we drunk a beer !! It was so uncomfortable and weird it was only for 20 000 dong like we can not afford buying our own beer to steal it from them ... Very cheap attitude... Nothing compared to the pictures I doubt the good reviews... Waste of money

Very close to the beach but not much to do unless you just want to relax. Breakfast is mostly the same every other day. It's ok if you only stay for a few days. Cleaning the room too early in the morning. Maybe after lunch when you go out ??

It was okay for one night before heading to the airport It was not very soundproof. There was a band playing somewhere in the street outside from around 6 until 10:30 and we would hear it very loud in our room. The. There was a lot of traffic noise being heard in our room

The elevator is quite small, the remote control in room 607 was dusty, and the washroom blind was not functioning properly. Additionally, the bed was not a true king size, it appeared to be two double beds combined. The room itself felt cramped, with limited space to open luggage. Considering the price per room, I expected better amenities and overall comfort.

Not many vegan options at the breakfast and some foods (e.g. boiled eggs) were labeled as vegan even though they were not.

Amazing hotel, even better staff. We were blown away with how helpful and friendly they were. The hotel was a block from the beach, in a great area with lots of places to eat and drink. The area is a bit noisy from heavy traffic, Karaoke at night and a food vendor on a motorcycle that advertises with a loudspeaker. But, we got used to the city noises. We did have heavy winds our last night though and the wind whistled thru the window frame, making it difficult to sleep. I'm not sure how the hotel could avoid that though.
