Reviews

The location The hotel was smelly, dark, and dirty.
-
Super dirty, ants etc. I’ve never written a review before but this was bad enough that it merits one. No hot water.
-
1. Facility is old, damaged and not well maintained 2. No one comes and re-clean the room even I stayed for three night and asked them to come and clean 3. Not support to tourist, ask them for a sandal but not comfortable response to the needs 4. Do not care about guests, no talk at all

Nice room, clean, good AC, close to the beach, cafe downstairs!
-
I felt so comfortable and contented with my stay, I booked and stayed with them for 12 days (the whole time I stayed in Vietnam) I was also working too and I can work while travel and Alyssa hotel made it easy for me to do both while staying at their hotel. It’s also minutes away from the beach None so far

Exceptional

The receptionist Ms Chau is helpful and give a true hospitality service. Room is small but cozy. Spacious toilet. Some crazy local young guys made noise with their motorcycle. It's getting super quiet from midnight and I had a good sleep.
-
It was a very clean room with a Lot of space and a nice bathroom.

A fair price for a quite nice room near the beach! I only stayed one night, but I felt comfortable and safe throughout my stay. The elevator and stairs seem a bit old, but the rooms are surprisingly modern and well-equipped. I had some issues with the key card at first, because it also requires a code and when I checked in in the evening there was only the security guard there so he didn’t specify how to get into the room and it took me a bit to figure it out. But maybe that’s just me.

Hot showers and the internet works What staff? I need to message to get toilet paper and water? The amount is getting less and less. Smokers. People don't know how to use the door or slam it everyday
-
Hot water showers and internet works Temporary staff came once to clean then no staff. Have to message to get toilet paper and water. Only got once this week... Are people drunk and trying to open the next door? Or is someone trying to break into the rooms? Building is starting to feel unsafe. People have open doors from the side with no windows. Teenagers are coughing like crazy and waking back and forth all night in the hall ways

The cleaning lady left us plenty of supplies before going to see her family for lunar new year. Internet works hot water At least I see the security sometimes No staff. No one is around even after lunar new years? Place is empty.

Hot water showers. When I ask please change the pillow cases, do not just change one and run away out the room. You need to sweep before you mop the floor. The dust is still there. There are kids on scooters or bikes chatting very very loudly infront of the coffee shop downstairs. It's 3am!! Who is smoking in this place?
-
New cleaning girl is humming and happy at her job. Older cleaning lady actually cleaned every area of the floor did not leave dust around. Smoke, people are smoking in the building and it comes into my room. Kids yelling all night 12am-5:45am Pickleball court people screaming at 6am. 1 out of 2 days came to clean and restock towels toilet paper.
-
Hot water shower. Someone is smoking drugs in the building. Multiple times even after I told the staff. Why are they putting smokers in the rooms next to me? Is this a smoking building or not? I was told before this is not a smoking building. So why is everyone smoking? Construction everyday. New pickleball court & building going up at the same time. Drunk kids are yelling every night. Cleaning staff seem clueless. Ask to change the sheets not just 1 bed... these are someone old sheets!!! Smells like wet dog..

Hot water for shower. Staff did not come for 4 days. No toilet paper, water. No cleaning. When they did come the floor is still dusty. You can't just sweep dust around shoes etc. You need to clean under things. I don't think the new people ever clean under the beds. Kids are drunk yelling all night 5 out of 7 nights. Pickleball and construction across the street all day and night. Why are people chain smoking? You can apologize about the smoke. But you need to tell people and or a penalty when they come check in. They don't take you seriously because no penalty. So they smoke anyways.

I really like the staff and room, excellent experience

Near beach; cheap and good service
-
Close to town The bathroom stinks… and when we got there, there was no one in reception. But when we found someone they told us to Wait 30 minutes because they were playing a game..
