Based on the amount paid not satisfied. Place nice near to beach. Unfortunately my experience was not good. Inside room can hear always elevator sound and people talking sound. Staff not much kind. Due to 3-5 minutes delay they didn’t support me to arrange the breakfast. Staff was not professional and kind. I will not want to go back there. Went many places in Da nang, honestly this was the disappointed stay.

Property was clean and great location The male staff at the night shift was very helpful and i had a small talk with him every night. The female staff was okay even she didnt speak english, she helped me to make a call with my grab drivers the cleaning staff were busy so my room didn’t get cleaned on the first night i was stay. The toom is not sound proof so it was very noisy in the morning or when people still have activities

Bedroom is perfect with necessary amenities/ bath room facilities and amenities are perfect wth head shower with proper water heater, suffient bath foam and shampoo/ towels are clean and new/ specioue room and upgraded room/ well decorated / kettle an hand dryer are provided for convenientce/ value for money and great location for nearby beach and plenty of food stalls and mini-marts/ receptionist boy at our check-in time is very professional for check-in procedures and tried to manage for available early check-in/ lobby is always noisy with loud speaking with hotel own staffs :) / should pay attention to the guests for the noise /

The hotel is clean, comfortable, and fairly new, and I was lucky to be upgraded to an apartment during low season. There's a cozy restaurant nearby for great coffee and tea, and local shops down the street for snacks and bottled water. On weekends, prepare for booming karaoke from the beach, echoing along the hotel stretch until around 1 AM. Also, the rooftop pool doesn’t have a beach view as the photos suggest; it’s surrounded by tall buildings right next door.

Really clean, lovely rooftop pool, rooms were very nice. The staff were so lovely, my friend wasn’t very well during our stay and they rang up to our room check on her. All staff were very accommodating and always happy to help. Nothing

The price and location. When I entered my initial room I could see that it was already in use by someone else, there was a used cup and food in the fridge. The receptionist provided a new room immediately however the next room had mould in the bathroom, poor ventilation, dirty floors/walls, no hand soap, towels that were clean but also stained, could see that the aircon had not been cleaned (I felt unsafe using it) and the only sunlight was provided by fire escape window which had to be shut for privacy and therefore had no sunlight at all.

Spacious room, close to the beach. Not as much far from the dragon bridge. There was a mold in the bathroom.

Location Staff arrogance. They refuse to pick your bags even. Housekeeping doesn't exist!
