- All the staff is very friendly, sweet, helpful and always in a good mood. - Free bike rental. - Shared kitchen. - Very nice interior, different from standard hotels. - Silent street. - Good internet. - This is not a balcony. It was 15 cm deep, you could not stand there or put your shoes there or so. I expected a balcony where you can at least stand or sit. - Sea view. It was too small and far away to really consider it seaview. Yes, you see some sea. Maybe if you are higher you can see a more real sea view. - I was in a connected room. The door was closed, of course, but it had zero soundproofing. It was if the other person was in my room, could even hear them click the light switch on and off. This caused some issues since they/he/she went to bed very early, and I did not. So she complained to the hotel about my noise. But I was not making any noise, I am living normal, my phone gives a ring for a message, or rings because somebody is calling me, there is just no soundproofing, that is not my fault. So then at night I felt restricted to do anything I would normally do. So could not watch TV because there were no headphones, had my phone on mute and had to check each time if there were messages from my parents, and tell everybody not to call me. That should not be necessary if you are in a normal hotel room. If I am making actual noise, then YES. But that was not the case.

I loved the unique design of the hotel.

A really nice hotel staffed with immensely friendly individuals. Rooms have an industrial design, which is unique for this price point in Vietnam. It is not far from the beach and easily accessible to local restaurants, bars, etc. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended! Nothing - I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Very nice and helpful stuff. Building looks interesting and has it’s own style. Free water, place to work, breakfast and drinks at fare prices. Rooms are clean and big enough for solo travelers. No toothpaste nor soap. It would be convenient to have it in the room.

The industrial design.... That's it.....nothing else The noise all night. People having sex very loud. The hotel manager threatened me with the police.

The hotel has its own vibe, industrial style. I like it a lot, the room was so big, I also liked the blankets, they were very heavy and warm,the towels were big and comfortable, quiet place, 10 minutes from the beach, the reception girl was very nice. I will definitely come there again?

The room was a nice size and the bed was very comfortable with good bed linnen They place is touted as a coliving / coworking space. It seemd like like someody had a great idea but either lost interest in the project or didnt follow through. There was no effort to create a communal vibe or atmosphere of have any type of group dynamic. Management doesn't seem to understand that to create coliving or coworking space, that they need to provide more than physical infrastructure. Staff are friendly but seemed demotivated and disinterested. The bicycles were in a mess (punctured, brakes not working, rusty chains. Seemingly they had been for a while. Staff did not seem bothered. Reception are was dusty. Glass had not been cleaned. Its a small things but symbolic of the place in general.

Amazing design, very comfortable rooms. Very quiet city district. Good kitchen and perfect wifi quality. The cleaning lady is very lazy,especially in the kitchen - it should be cleaned much more! it is pity so good hotel have so poor cleaning service. And the second problem is mosquitoes in the kitchen and shared zones - maybe a plug-in mosquito repellent can help.

Very accomodating staffs and everything! I like the style and place. So clean and unique! Will definitely come back!

Great place, amazing staff.

The location was amazing, the staff very helpful and kind and hotel facilities very complete. The AC in the room could have been a bit better installed, but still effective at lower temperatures.

hotel staff very nice, helpful and friendly. hotel near the beach, very nicely furnished rooms, large shower cabin and a view from the window where you could see the sea.

The room is larger than the average size in Da Nang. interior is unique. The staff is also friendly. Personal cars must be parked on the road outside, and we had to wait about 10 minutes to find the hotel because we couldn't find it at first. The room I stayed in seemed to be connected to the room next door by an iron door, and I could hear all the noise from the room next door. Also, knock on the door. Toothbrushes and toothpaste were not refilled after room cleaning, which was inconvenient and required separate requests, and was very vulnerable to external noise. I had to make do with just 3 disposable toothbrushes and 2 disposable razors for 5 days. Typical hotel services or hotel use are very unusual. My initial plan was to stay for about 10 additional days, but please understand that I cannot make a personal recommendation due to the unusual system.

Price It was either a hostel or a hotel with hostel style. It was either not mentioned or i did not pay attention to it

Super friendly Staff always with a smile and a warm welcome. Really makes this place Special. Very good location, quiet in the night but close to anything. Special Industrial design and super cool rooms. CoWorking Space is a combination with the kitchen and does not have AC which makes Working there not that much fun, except you like to work in a Sauna :)
