The hotel had a very good location, situated just around 100 meters from the Dragon Bridge, with a direct view of the river in the very heart of Da Nang city. The view was absolutely marvelous, especially in the evening, and the rooftop bar was also very special, offering some of the best views in Da Nang.

Just love the location. Only a few steps to the market/shopping. Pleasant walk along the promenade to the Golden Bridge, the Son Thra night market, and the Love Pier. Can take Grab very conveniently to the MyKhe beach. Many coffee outlets (Highlands coffee), pubs, and eateries near the hotel. My room was said to be a river-facing view, but unfortunately, it was facing buildings. However, since the room was big, the bathroom was also comfortably large, it was "compensated" by the free afternoon tea at 17th floor with a beautiful sea-facing and view of Golden Bridge. And Brilliant Hotel lives up to its expectations of a 4-star hotel. The breakfast every morning during my 4-nights stay was superb; lots of varieties. It was supposedly river-facing view, but my room faced the buildings (as shown in photos attached)

The room and view was great, front desk and door men are gracious, we didn’t request for room cleaning however housekeeping left us fresh towels etc by the door, what a nice gesture, well appreciated Staff at the breakfast room needs to smile - they looked very serious like they are not happy working their jobs in the mornings, Not impressed with afternoon tea set up - doesn’t look like other afternoon tea setup from other hotels - and y only one time? Should be free daily afternoon tea during stay Breakfast food was good, lots of choices and breakfast room spacious with pretty views.

The staff at this hotel are THE BEST! 5 Stars! EXTREMELY helpful and VERY kind. This is my 2nd year back at that Brilliant hotel and we will keep coming back because of the kind staff and lovely accommodations. Perfect central location for us and right in the middle of everything. The breakfast is really great too! Lots of yummy selections! Bathroom shower was a bit slippery for in and out of the jacuzzi tub. The younger kids had a hard time negotiating the shower and the water does not drain effectively on the outside of the shower so water goes everywhere. Needed lots of towels to secure safe transfer from jacuzzi up to the sink. We had the grand suite room.

The view and location of this hotel are amazing, close to the markets and many, many restaurants and cafés. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The view from the Afternoon tea bar was stunning, but the offerings were less impressive. This hotel does not have a separate walk in shower, unless you're willing to climb into the tub first. So, not so good for guests with any leg disability or elderly people. The lobby had a foul order for the 4 days we were there. The rooms are a bit small. We visited the spa for a massage but after seeing the pool area and the sauna facilities, we changed mind and rather visit one of the spa's close to the hotel. There are many steps or a steep ramp to get to the reception from the outside. Again, NOT handicapped or disability friendly. The breakfast is catered mostly towards their Asian guest, so I stuck with the bread and butter. I have eaten very well in Vietnam, but this was different.

Staff were excellent and very helpful ? Location was great and a lovely view of the bridge. Roof top bar good Description says an outside pool but it is not which was a big let down. There was a sky light with covering but could not sit in the sun, no sun in pool. It was like a pool inside a conservatory. Would have give it a 10/10 had it not been for this.

Great location, very close to the Dragon Bridge and the Night Market. Although on a central street, it was not noisy. The breakfast was very good with a lot of options and the pastries were excellent.

Breakfast was delicious with many options - loved the order to make egg option. Location was right in the center - within walking distance to the Han market and river front board walk Would be great to have water bottles at the front desk
