Dirty and uncomfortable but large rooms, disgusting and unhygienic breakfast

Breakfast was good. The hotel met my expectations Set slightly away from the main strip and town centre but not too far to walk although pavements weren't great and roads busy as you'd expect

View from window, friendly staff, everything is close by,the bed was very comfortable and the room was huge. Very clean No untensils in the kitchen, but the staff will bring bowls or cutlery if needed

We quite enjoyed the friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff. Our room was large and very clean. A big selection of food in the breakfast buffet, which was included, always a plus!

The staff here at CN were all outstanding, nothing too much trouble. I was a solo traveler and after my 4 nights felt I knew these guys well, so friendly

Location for shopping at Vitcom Plaza. I love a bathtub! But it was a bit hard to get in and out as an “oldie” There was no separate shower so ask for a different room if it is a problem. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. I would stay here again. Lots of choice for breakfast. Special thank you to Kim for looking after me when I arrived tired! She was super kind and helpful.

Hotel staff and management were exceptionally helpful with trips, and areas to view and visit. The weather was awful. We hit the rain but the temperature was very pleasant.

Convenient location on the main street in Da Nang, easy to get to the beach or the city. The staff were incredibly helpful and would always check if I needed anything. Will definitely stay here again.

Very nice rooms and facilities Staff is friendly, but struggle a bit with english. The location is so so, but it's easy to get anywhere with a taxi.

Big room and bed. close proximity to vincom plaza shower set up was interesting to say the least - shower head was a further from the tub which cause the water to not reach into the tub and went everywhere.

was in a beautiful spot in town next to most shops and the beach, breakfast in the morning was exceptional and the pool was amazing too. me and my group really loved our stay in da nang the shower was in a bath and was very easy to flood the bathroom. nothing major but still annoying especially if you’re tall

The room was spacious and comfortable. The floor doesn't feel like it got moped. The kettle was not in the room, and some of the chairs were stained with unknown stuff that could be wiped.
