Cordial Hotel

Its not clean that much, even housekeeping when they clean the room they arrange only the bed not clean the sink not clean the fridge. The floor as well

Close to everything you will need… there was a money exchange across the street lots of great food and coffee establishments we were very happy with our choices We found our room dirty. There was garbage on the floor and it seemed as though it was not swept. There was also a toothbrush and garbage in the hallway that eventually did get cleaned out.

Ants everywhere

Location is perfect, near convenience stores, cafes, and restaurants. There’s only one key card used to enter the room and activates the power inside the bedroom. This makes the room really hot and warm even when you leave the room for just a short period of time.

Breakfast good location was okay

There are 2 Cordial hotels, Grand, and 1 (Beach as 1 assume). It was confusing to be honest since the pool photos in Coridla Beach are in Grand. Nevertheless, you can visit the other property across the road. The mini gym is also there. Breakfast buffet is a bit limited but definitely worth the price. Thuy and My, are very helpful. They addressed all of my concerns and requests, from the water bottles, to late checkout, to take away meals, they did it perfectly. Definitely recommendable and would stay here again. The negligible minor confusion on my part. Definitely, everything was great.

Pictures do not match room. Highly edited and rooms were not clean including some towels provided had stains. There was a room with rubbish and random junk that was left opened on our floor. Breakfast wasn't that great either

The room has a nice view. The pictures đó not show the condition of the rooms. Rooms are dated and run down with black mold.

i like my room its cliean. And the location is near the beach. the photos of the room is different from what they gave me. Probably they used the other Cordial hotel for advertisement

It was comfortable as there are lots of restaurants and shops There were some minor things that worked not properly in the room

We were told when we checked in that there is no gym or pool at this location - you have to go across the street to their 'main' hotel. The minibar was just two bottles of water. There was no hair dryer or iron in the room. There was some mold in the shower.

Lovely hotel little far from all the main places but still walkable distance found it quite loud at night made it hard to sleep but apart from that staff where lovely

The hotel is in a great location. It has the most amazing rooftop pool (x2) with views of the sea and mountains and city. It has very friendly staff with a special shoutout to Thuy on reception who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was amazing! Thuy and the manager Thuong also upgraded our room for free.

the breakfast time is crowded

i’m thinking about staying here for 30 days but receptionist and managers are very rude. i don’t recommend this place at all. i am rating this hotel only 1 star because of their poor customer service and very rude receptionist and even manager. What happened is that we checked in April 27 to April 30 but on April 27 as we are in the lobby, we already ask the receptionist to extend our check out time by 10pm because our flight back home to our country is at night time so we can enjoy the last day here in vietnam. the receptionist agreed to us and she even discussed to us How much for the extension time. Now April 30, as we are going out to enjoy the morning before we leave at night, she said we should leave the hotel by 12noon. shes insisting that we move out and she dose not have a solution for the problem she made. She called the manager and she let the manager talk to us over the phone, but then again the manager is also rude. shouting and asking us to leave right away. We explained calmly to them that the staff agreed to us for extension but they are not listening. and i even understand the Receptionist saying that I am Crazy in vietnam language. is that okay? i think they deserve a proper customer service seminar Also dont try their nonsense waste of time and money MASSAGE.. they don’t even know how to do their job. just rubbing the oil to your body. Dont check in to this Hotel.

Near the beach

Bikes weren’t operational, cleaning of rooms was minimal.

Nice hotel and good location. Not too touristic with good local vibe. Lot of restaurants and places to eat. All good, that was good choice

During my four-week stay, I had to switch rooms twice. The first room I was given was extremely dirty and had a strong, unpleasant smell—a mix of dampness and smoke. The walls were covered in stains and even had coffee splashes, and the view was not as accurately described. The second room was “much cleaner”; however, I then had to deal with ants everywhere. When I first walked in, the desk was covered in ants gathered around a sticky substance. Even after the staff cleaned it, the problem persisted. I would wake up to find ants in my bed, on my clothes, and even inside my suitcase—they were everywhere, which made the stay extremely uncomfortable. Overall, I didn’t enjoy my stay, and this is my first time ever leaving a negative review. That said, the location was excellent—there are plenty of restaurants nearby, and the staff were all very lovely.
