The hotel is just over one year old so it is in excellent condition throughout. Spacious modern well appointed room. River view. Good buffet breakfast Wonderful rooftop bar and pool.

Staff are very accommodating and service is fast. The doormen were excellent! Consideration should be given to the number of guests per room. It needed us to come a few times to request for extra keys that is convenient for the guests per room.

This was a very nice place to stay in Da Nang. A modern, comfortable hotel in a good location for exploring the city and the surrounding area. The staff were pleasant and efficient, the facilities extremely good, and overall our stay couldn't have been better. In addition, although it is one of the more expensive hotels in Da Nang, it was excellent value.

Perfect location Upgrade for the river view was amazing : that was very nice Clean and confortable The staff didn’t bring the food at night or call to inform which isn’t comfortable for 5 stars The menu wasn’t interesting for dinner The breakfast was too loud , too much people , it didn’t felt exclusive at all but more like a noisy restaurant for the environment

Location, staff, rooftop, pool and the size of the room. Thanks Jo for all her help! The toilet did not work properly for the whole stay. It was unfixable. Flushing was bad.

Diverse and high quality breakfast, staff helpfulness, cleanliness, facilities and the view from the room. Hotel is well placed and the rooftop bar is a very good addition. All was good :)

The room was beautiful and very spacious. The staffs were cheerful, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. Room service food was okay (6/10), and the breakfast was average (5/10), so there’s room for improvement in the dining. That said, I would definitely come back again just for the room and the amazing view
