ELC Luxury Hotel Danang - An Thuong Walking Street

I had a small issue with a tour booking, but the hotel management handled it quickly and professionally. This level of dedication made me feel very secure staying here. The staff always checked in to see if I needed anything whenever I passed the lobby.

Nothing I did not like

Staying here felt unique stepping outside into a lively atmosphere, then returning to a peaceful room. I loved walking around An Thuong at night and coming back to relax. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was simple but satisfying.

Unsanitary surroundings

What I loved most was the perfect balance between vibrancy and tranquility. Outside is lively and bustling, yet inside the hotel it feels calm and relaxing. The pool was my favorite place to unwind after a day out. The room was clean and thoughtfully prepared.

I booked this hotel last minute and didn’t expect much, but it turned out great. The location near the beach was a big plus. The room was clean, tidy, and well equipped. It was nice to walk to the beach at night and come back easily.

In the morning, I walked to the beach to watch the sunrise, relaxed at the pool in the afternoon, and explored An Thuong Street at night. Everything was so convenient thanks to the great location. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Just a few more room issues , but they took care of me. They have two elevators, the elevator going from the ground floor to the 10th was busy many times with the cleaning staff , I am just being honest . Sometimes I had to wait a long time , but the hotel stay was worth it . I still give this hotel 5 stars , and I will definitely return on my next visit .

Prime location in An Thuong, just a short stroll to the beach. The room is modern with a super comfy bed for ultimate relaxation. The front desk staff are so sweet and even let me check in early. Breakfast doesn't have a ton of options, but everything served is top-notch!

The location is great, just some minutes to the beach. So many restaurants and services around. The staffs are friendly and helpful.

No pool bar

I really love the warm wood tones in the room; it looks both luxurious and homey. The amenities, from the TV to the air conditioner, are brand new and work smoothly. The hotel pool is modernly designed, making it a great photo spot. The staff were also very thoughtful, pointing out delicious and affordable local eateries around the An Thuong area.

The staff here are very professional, from the housekeepers to the managers, everyone always greets you with a smile. The rooftop pool is a big plus, perfect for a relaxing dip early in the morning before breakfast.

Location is good Seems like the property owner only care about collecting money from tourists other than that this hotel is only worth less than a 3 star tourist hotel. Staff is cold and unprofessional. Carpet is smelly. Poor facilities

The check-in and check-out process here is extremely fast, with no long waits. The staff proactively asked about my experience throughout my stay. The coordination between departments from security to reception is seamless. It feels like every guest request is handled immediately.

Comfortable

The location and breakfast was amazing. The room layout was badly planned and the lock on the bathroom door was a problem, when a simple handle and latch was sufficient.
