This Hotel was wonderful. The location was perfect close to the city center . The rooms were very clean and beautiful decorated . They upgraded us to the 13th floor and we had an amazing view of the city .We arrived Sooner than the check in time and they had the kindness to give us the room emidiatly.The welcome drinks was very refreshing and the staff was very polite and helpful.. Great experience

Very spacious rooms, we took interconnected rooms and both were big. Breakfast good. Location is good.Just 15 min from Airport and in another 15 min drive you can get to beach/market place Nothing

Having stayed at 2 beach area hotels in Da Nang, it was nice to go a few miles inland, into the heart of the city and explore more authentic places and culture. The views were spectacular over the city at night from our rooms large floor to ceiling windows. The housekeeping staff never missed a thing, and the hotel was comfortable in every way. All the staff are very friendly. Linen was all very fresh and always smell fresh I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to explore the city and get away from the tourist areas for awhile. Nothing. It was all good.

The buffet spread is simple but sufficient. They have noodles and cooking eggs stations. They do not have restaurants in the hotel that serves lunch/dinner/room service. Do a grab food if necessary. I have requested for early check-in and approved. However, the room is not ready when I check-in. And the room layout was not able to fit the number of people staying. But they are kind enough to help me to switch to another room that was able to fit in nice.

Very helpful staff. Decent sized room (though we did receive an upgrade). Great view of the city - pity it rained non-stop for 3 days! Hot water in shower was only warm, and took a long time to heat up. WiFi was a bit patchy - dropping out a lot. Many items in room were in need of maintenance. The bed under frame was broken on one side. The location is not great, with no decent restaurants or bars within close walking distance- although there is a good bakery and coffee shop next door. Quite a lot of road noise heard in the room - Vietnamese drivers are horn-happy!

Fantastic hotel. Staff and facilities were top class roof top pool and gym used and were great. Room on 13th floor with fantastic city view. Hotel was in a good location. Really recommend a stay here. Nothing.

Breakfast was reasonable but not great. There were not many fruits or continental. The staff's communication was really poor. They do not have any information about sightseeing, they can't communicate in English which was quite surprising.
