The breakfast buffet, the view of the beach, and the extraordinarily good customer service. There was a plastic guard in the shower that had mildew growing in it.

Special thanks to the front desk staff for helping me get a train ticket to Hue. The next time I visit Vietnam I will surely stay here again. But this time I will make sure to get a room with a direct view of the ocean not from the sides. The room Ocean view details are not specific. So when booking a room that's non-refundable it's very hard to find out. Because the website does not tell you the full details of the room layout facing the ocean

location!! and the view from.the room, it was breathtaking! the rooftop pool was incredible. the rooms are quite dated.. not quite a Hilton. but staff were really nice and helpful!! quite dated! and the construction site next door is making noise 24/7 even during the nights

excellent customer service. Very accommodating. Great view. Comfortable bed. Tv could be updated, as it doesn't have USB or screen sharing facilities to your phone, and also it might be personal preference but I didn't find the pillows very comfortable.

I liked the second bathroom in the room. The laundry room was horrible and slow.

The location is nice, quieter and yet only a short ride away from the busy touristy beach. I just walked. About 20 mins on foot to Da Nang Beach area.

Nice staff Breakfast is not much choice but fresh and tasty Superb clean A bit disappointed when cheking in 'coz no bell guy (maybe it was their shift change) helping us with luggage, I had to bring my luggage to the lobby by myself.

Cocktails were not the best and quite pricy at the rooftop bar. Breakfast wasn't anything to write home about. Not much variety.

The staff are very helpful, from assisting with carrying our luggage to recommending nice places in the city. I love the rooms with the ocean view -- they are spacious, clean, and, of course, the view is beautiful. The hotel is located right next to the beach, so you can simply go downstairs and enjoy the ocean. There is a switch you need to turn on if you want your room to be cleaned, which activates a green light outside the door. I assumed this notified reception, but it doesn’t. I left for 2.5 hours expecting the room to be cleaned, but it wasn’t, and I had to call them. I’d recommend informing reception directly when you leave. The breakfast was good, but I would appreciate more vegan options. Finally, at checkout, they mistakenly thought we had taken something from the minibar near the reception. Fortunately, they did not charge us, but they should be more careful in tracking minibar usage.

Nothing I was highly disappointed with service and staff behaviour. I will not book any flights or hotels thru booking .com in future . Will not recommend anyone to do so
