We arrived very early after a long flight, and I truly appreciated how kind and accommodating the staff were — they graciously allowed us to check into our room earlier, which made such a difference after traveling. They also helped us with a phone charger when our pre-ordered international charger didn’t work, and that small act of care meant a lot. The buffet breakfast was another highlight. I loved that you could choose exactly what you wanted, with an amazing variety of options for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian guests. As a vegetarian, it was especially nice to see plenty of vegetables and fresh fruit available — simple, nourishing, and thoughtfully prepared. What stood out most, though, was the staff. Every single person we encountered was genuinely kind, warm, and always smiling. They were incredibly accommodating throughout our stay, and that warmth made us feel truly welcomed and cared for. Those thoughtful touches and heartfelt hospitality left a very positive impression and are something I genuinely appreciated. There were only a couple of very small things worth mentioning, and they are minor compared to how much we enjoyed our stay. One morning the guava was quite hard and difficult to eat, so it may be something to reconsider offering — though this was not a big issue at all. I also personally prefer fresh-squeezed juices rather than boxed or sugary juices. That said, this actually led to a lovely experience: just next door there was a woman with a small pop-up coffee and juice stand, and I ended up going there each day for fresh-squeezed orange juice. It was delicious, very affordable, and a nice way to connect with the local community. Overall, these were very minor details and didn’t take away from what was otherwise a warm, welcoming, and genuinely pleasant stay.

The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help. They made our stay comfortable and truly memorable. Excellent service all around. The rooms could use better soundproofing, as we were often disturbed by door noises from neighboring rooms, especially during the evening and early morning. Additionally, with only one functioning elevator, it sometimes took a while to get to the lower floors. The buffet restaurant was decent, but it would be great to have more variety and options available.

Nothing was good We booked a room with two rooms for two couples and extra sofa in the living room for 5thnperson, and there was no sofa, so one person had no place to sleep. They simpy said that they do not have rooms for 5 people despite selling them here... also I checked a month before arriving if the pool was opened. They told me it was being refurbished but would be ready in a week, but when we arrived, a month after their email actually guaranteed it would be finished, it was still during construction. In the morning it turned out that breakfast was really poor so we decided to look for another hotel. In short, a joke, not a serious hotel.

Look we were just looking for some where to sleep I found this hotel and it met our expectations it is clean; staff are friendly, and it was close to everything er needed I would recommend it

Rooms were spacious and modern, beds were comfortable, the shower was brilliant! Location, of course could be closer to beach but at least they have a 24 hour market near by.

I recently stayed at your hotel from 13th feb to 16th feb in room 701 , 702, and I am writing to express my disappointment regarding an unpleasant experience during my stay. I was charged an additional fee for lipstick stains on the comforter. While I understand the need to maintain cleanliness, I was surprised to learn that the comforter was not changed during my stay. When I inquired, I was told that the reason for not replacing it was concern that I might not pay for the cleaning fee. I find this approach both unprofessional and unsatisfactory. Guests expect clean and hygienic accommodations without being subjected to assumptions or treated with distrust. Not replacing a stained comforter compromises both guest comfort and hygiene standards, which is unacceptable. I request a thorough review of this matter and a refund of the additional charge, as I believe the handling of the situation was inappropriate. I trust that your hotel values customer satisfaction and will take corrective action to ensure better service in the future. I look forward to hearing from you promptly. Hotel staff was very humble and co-operative.. it was pleasure to stay in hotel. Very nice place to stay. Everything was good.

Clean and comfortable, friendly staffs and reasonable priced! The pool was under construction when we visited, causing a lot of noise. The staff tried their best to switch our room till we were satisfied. We're very grateful for their endeavours. The breakfast buffet needs more variety.
