Don’t have refrigerator ready when check in

Big spacious room with 2 beds, comfortable and slept well there, kind and helpful staff, location is close to everything you need and want to see in Da nang Sink was blocked but staff took care of that quickly. A bit noisy from the outside and tv didn't really work, didn't manage to turn it on. I know it's the whole saving with electricity cost and all but when you try to keep drinks cool and when out during the day, the fridge turns off as it's automatic switch off when you don't have the key in. Maybe having a separate mini fridge that is on all the time would make things a lot better but it was managable

Everything is perfect. The stuff are very nice, the room is clean. Also, it only takes about 5 minutes walking to get to the beach. Generally, it's a perfect place to stay in.

Stayed 3 nights, staff was very friendly. Room was clean and housekeeping cleaned quick, good bed and great pillows. AC was strong and cooled room quick. Great location. Will return after my time in Hoi An!

The photographs as advertised were quite misleading. The room wasn't clean, with stains on the sheets and dirty drinking glasses. Further, there was no good WIFI, no hot water and the TV did not work. To top it off, the room was not soundproof, with lots of noise at night from neighboring guests.

The location is very near to the beach and cafes/restaurants. Sundry shops are also closeby. The hotel changed our towels and replenish shower supplies & drinking water. Beds are good and smells nice. I was notified via whatsapp that there'd be renovation taking place later that day. I stayed for 5d4n, & the reno happend everyday. I was not pre-empted much earlier about this. A lot of times where we had to stuff our towels beneath the doors becos the air got stuffy and we couldn't breathe. Noise! so much of it. Other than reno noise, we could hear the neighbours. Thin walls?
