A very special thank you to Tuyen Van, who greeted my wife and me every single day with the biggest smile. He went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed—from recommendations and transportation to answering all of our questions. His kindness, professionalism, and positive attitude truly made our stay memorable. We’d also like to recognize Zoey (Winnie) and Dan for their exceptional service. Like everyone else on the staff, they were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always eager to help. It was clear that every member of the team genuinely cared about making guests feel welcome and comfortable. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and in a great location, but what really sets Seahorse Hotel apart is its people. The hospitality we experienced was some of the best we’ve ever received while traveling. Thank you to the entire Seahorse Hotel team for making our first experience in Vietnam so special. We will always remember your kindness, and we would happily stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Da Nang! Nothing

Room, location and staff very good.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful, I can't thank them enough for all the recommendations and help during our stay. Location right in the central so everything was on walking distance. Definitely will stay here again.

The rooftop swimming pool was really nice and a perfect place to relax with a cup of coffee in the morning. I definitely recommend this hostel! The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. They were always smiling, professional, and made us feel very welcome during our stay. One staff member even surprised me and my friend with drinks while we were sitting in the lobby without asking for them, which was such a thoughtful gesture and a lovely surprise.

The breakfast was very average but it did the trick. The location of the hotel is very good, it is central. The remote control for the TV in the bedroom was not functioning, so we couldn't watch TV in bed. A replacement remote was not actioned. In the bedroom, you can hear (predominantly during the day and early evening) the sound of water overhead. I believe this was from people in the swimming pool which was immediately above the room. Our room was not serviced every day, even though we put the "Make Up My Room" sign on the door handle. We asked for extra pillows and towels and we were told there weren't any available!!? The towels are old and off putting to use. We had to call Reception to request things and on many occasions, it was not actioned.

Super friendly staff and great atmosphere! The location is superb. The loft room could have a bit more sitting options. Enough space to dance, but could use more furniture :)

Located very close to Pink Church and Han Market. Staff speaks English well. Room is reasonable clean and comfy. Breakfast costs VND120,000 and it's alright. Hotel charges 3.5% handling fee if paid with credit card. Corridor has severe water dripping from the ceiling. Some stains in the beddings.

The room was not clean

Convenient to many shops and restaurants that we felt safe walking to. We loved that they helped us arrange local tours and their breakfast buffet was a great way to start the day.

- The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. - The staff were polite and courteous throughout our stay. - Complimentary 2 bottles of water were provided daily - The biggest drawback was the absence of blackout curtains. The room only had translucent blinds, which meant it was brightly lit as early as 6:30 AM, making it difficult to sleep in. - Breakfast was extremely basic with no variation across days, which became repetitive very quickly. - Coffee options at breakfast were disappointing — only basic black filter coffee was included, while other options were chargeable, and even hot milk was not available. - The room lighting was quite dim in the evenings, making it feel dull and not very comfortable.

Very nice staff and the place was clean and in an excellent location! Very easy to walk around downtown. Nice and quiet at night, at least our room location was. The bathroom door is not completely solid, it has slats so you can hear EVERYTHING going on in there. Plus one of our sink handles was broken. We still had the kitchen sink though so no big.

The staff was always very friendly and the "doorman" eagerly greeted every guest with a smile and carried their bags up the stairs. A very nice way to be welcomed!

Fabulous location, excellent amenities, wonderful and helpful staff, beautiful aesthetic. Our expectations were surpassed in every way. Truc Ha, Long, Dan, Tuyen, and Zoey were amazing and an absolute asset to the company - helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Seahorse is lucky to have these staff - they made the experience special, even during Tet holiday ? thank you so much! nothing!!
