Great location and very polite and helpful staff The room was a bit humid, have to keep air conditioning on all the time.

My first room was on the ground floor and was very dark with a pokey patio but the 2nd time I stayed I was in a lovely bright light room on the 1st floor with a great balcony!

Very peaceful and chill place. The Hotel staff were very kind, thoughtful and accommodating! The Hotel even surprised my wife with a cake to celebrate her birthday! Awesome! None.

1)The 2 young lady staff at the front desk are superb. they speak fair amount of English, always wearing a smiling face, very helpful to provide information, such as recommended Be Man seafood restaurant which is about 350 meters from the hotel for seafood dinner. We had 2 dinners there. 2)The breakfast is the result of personalized service from the front desk staff and her assistance. 3)The room I booked has 40 sq meter, quite spacious. 4) This is a boutique hotel with a total of 9 room only. 1) there is not much of the sea view, unless you go up to the 4th floor or the 5th floor(the swimming pool)

We absolutely love this place! We have stayed here 3 times in 3 weeks and we can't fault a thing. Beautiful pool, beautiful rooms, beautiful decor through the hotel. If you can, book the junior suite room which has the sea view. The balcony and sea views are so nice! The staff are amazing, all so kind and welcoming. Value for money is great. After spending many months in Vietnam over the last decade, this is by far our favorite hotel in Vietnam. The area of Da Nang beach is a bit more quiet so if you are not going to be motorbiking around it is a fair walk to the busier more western tourist orientated area. There are plenty of Grabs available though so it's a quick car ride.

The staff are wonderful. Very kind and helpful Breakfast was delicious very generous portions Our room was very large and spacious Damp smell in the room - 102 It was masked by perfume oils but when entering the room it was very strong. We did ask to be moved but they said they didn’t have another room. We did put up with the smell as only 3 days . Bathroom bit shabby - could do with upgrade.

Best place I’ve stayed on my 6 month trip through Asia. Apartment was spacious, comfortable and clean. The staff were amazing, so kind. Breakfast took service was awesome. Rooftop pool was heated for those windy days and it was so relaxing up there. I love the pond in reception with the fish. Next to the beach, at the quiet end, but taking a walk was just as nice. I had rented a moped, so location for me wasn’t an issue, I was walking distance from the beach. Nothing, this place was amazing.

I liked the supportive staff. Certain areas in the apartment was not cleaned, for example the fridge had mould all around the rubber of the door. I had to ask it to be cleaned, as I was going to store food there. The staff quickly ensured it was cleanee and apologised.

Staff were amazing,helped me with any questions I needed,I lost my I pad at the airport and they tracked it down for me,booked hire bikes for me,couldn't have asked for any better service.rooms were excellent,balcony,pool on the roof was good.will come again most definitely

Near beach , quiet , all staff very helpfull 10mns or less to city centre by Grab. We booked a room with kitchen facilities . Very pleased. I No complaints we got what we paid for.

Lovely studio, good rooftop pool with views, super helpful staff, they changed out our TV so we could get Netflix, repaired the extractor fan and provides free to airport and had free bikes Location was a little away from main bar area and there was a nasty fish smell outside but that wasn’t the hotel fault

We had a wonderful stay at Cani Beach House, it made us feel like home, all the staff here are friendly and lovely, they are always ready to help you whenever you ask and need help, the breakfast is delicious with famous local dishes and all the other dishes are great, the staff will serve you in the room or you can eat on the 4th floor with a balcony with a beautiful sea view, the room is very cozy and fully equipped, we love this place and wish to come back here again

The apartment was big and had a nice little kitchen. Bathroom a good size. We booked a room that showed we had a balcony with a view and a table chair set. What we got was a brick dungeon for the balcony, bricks that went up 50 feet.

The breakfast was great, the view was also great, the facilities were awesome. The internet sometimes was slow, I needed to work from my room and sometimes I was unable to do proper work.
