Location is perfect and quiet. Room is spacious and Julie makes things easy. Her food recommendations were good too! The place is in a quiet area but walkable to the beach and you can rest bikes for further travels.

It is a simple living done right. The place itself is very well taken care of. You basically get a whole apartment to yourself, which is something we really appreciated. It has everything you need if you want to stay for weeks or even months. We especially loved that there’s a washing machine. If you rent a bike, you can park it downstairs easily. It’s also very quiet, we slept like a baby every night and always felt happy coming back after a full day out. The host is amazing. She’s very proactive and genuinely cares. If she sees you, she will come and check in to make sure you’re okay or if you need anything. She’s local and very knowledgeable, so if you’re new to Da Nang, you’re in good hands. She gave great recommendations for food and things to do. My girlfriend is also local, but even then, we still found new good spots thanks to her. The location is really nice. My girlfriend lived in Da Nang for 2 years and confirmed that this location is even better, or one of the best, for access to many good things. She explained it as a space between local and expats, so you get the best from both sides. Quiet, safe, and well taken care of. I would say it has a nice community as well. It is a few minutes walk to food, cafes, the beach, and even faster when you rent a bike. We got to do many things because of the convenient location. We stayed in the back room and there’s a restaurant behind, so opening the window sometimes brings in cooking smells during the day. It wasn't much of a problem and didn't affect much to our general experience. We still had windows open and slept without AC comfortably. But just a heads up.

Very friendly staff. Great bed with comfortable pillows. Enclosed balcony is a nice addition.

Lan felt like a Vietnamese Mom during my whole stay. She went above and beyond to fill my needs and for any problems that you I encountered. Always caring and a being a sweetheart. Regarding the rooms, they have the exact comfort that one needs. The beds are really comfortable, it’s clean, the room itself is super cozy and has everything you pretty much might need. The rooms are located in a quiet street, so there are no noise problems. I can’t thank Lan and her family enough and can’t wait to be back! Thank you <3 Nothing :)

Great location near the beach with some awesome local restaurants in the alley near the homestay. Julia was very attentive and even held my passport and keys that I had forgot in the room until I returned to Da Nang. They have scooters for rent, the bed is comfortable and plenty of space in the room. N/A

This is my third time returning here, and the quality has always been consistently excellent. The room is clean, the linens are fresh and fragrant, the Wi-Fi is stable, and the staff are wonderful. This time, the room I booked comes with a private washing machine, which I truly appreciate as I’m not fond of sharing washing machines like at some other places. Clothes can be dried either by the window frame in the room or on the rooftop

The owner is very kind, good location and value for money 1. elevator starts at the second floor and you need to use stairs to get to it 2. you can’t pay with the card 3. no everyday cleaning 4. not enough space for stuff in the bathroom, the sink is in the bedroom 5. air conditioner is very weak

Thank you for all!!! Our stay was perfect. The hotel is well located on a quiet street, but at the same time 5-10 min from the beach. It's much better than the other hotels which are located closer to the beach, but noisier, because close to the busy streets. There aren't many rooms, so it's quiet. The owners live on the ground floor, so if you need some help they can do it easily and with pleasure. There are lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Everything is clean, water is available. If you want to cook for yourself, there is everything you need and also if you need something special - the owner will help you. As for security - it's perfect. The beds are comfortable, Wi-Fi is strong. We can't find anything which is not good. We definitely recommend this nice cosy place in Da Nang!

Location is good, apartment is large with all you need. Very friendly personal. You do get a little bit of the smell from a restaurant downstairs.

Our host, Julia, was the most welcoming and helpful with any concerns we had during our stay. Towels and linens were spotless. Bathroom, bedroom, and kitchen were well cleaned and maintained. She offers motorbike rental and laundry service as well. Many markets, restaurants, and coffee shops are within walking distance making Enjoy Home a prime location for either a short or extended stay. I would definitely stay there again! Nothing, everything was great!

Lovely clean apartment. Very comfortable beds. Super friendly and welcoming host. Some karaoke and construction work. Difficult if you need peace for online meetings or if you’re a light sleeper.

Very close to My Khe beach and located in the tourist area, but quite quiet. Separate kitchen and bedroom help prevent odors very well. Good and clean interior. Friendly staff

Quiet location, comfy beds and Julia the host was really friendly and helpful. Nothing really, the internet was a bit inconsistent and the TV played up a bit as a result. First world problems.

I really liked staying here. Especially the location appears to me absolutely perfect for staying as a tourist in Da Nang close to the beach and close to the touristic area. It is right next to all kinds of shops, restaurants etc., whereas “next to” meaning just 3-4 minutes away by foot, but located in a smaller street, which is silent, especially during the night, which meant at least for me high quality sleep. I really enjoyed my stay here. Thank you The current entrance door system might need a bit of polish to be more reliable, especially if other guests also faced minor issues. Therefore 10-1=9 rating from my side.
