Clean and spacious room with air conditioning Booked 2 nights to this hotel because it says reception is open 24hrs as my bus was arriving in Da Nang at 5am. Despite I had warned them of my early arrival the day before the hotel was closed when I got there, a lot of stress after a 12hrs bus ride in the middle of the night was not necessary. I had a local phone number to call, the lady that came to open the door was sleeping, she took my passport and gave me the key without saying nothing, that was really awkward and I did not felt welcome at all. During the day I tried to rest but there are many children yelling and running up and down the stairs. Also it is better to know that every night there is a very loud karaoke party right down the hotel until 10:30/11pm. There was only cold water for the first night because they forgot to turn it on. I had to book an extra night because my bus to Hanoi was cancelled (heavy rain). When I checked out they told me they don’t take cards for payment… I had to go withdraw 1 100 000 VND by motorbike with one of her friend who charged me 40K for the drive. It is so much unprofessional to run a hotel and take only cash for payment AND to charge your customer for the unwanted ride because they are not providing a professional service. The total of 3 nights should have been 930K + 60K for 2 extra hours in the room so 990k but they charged me 1.100K and gave the extra 100k to her young daughter right in front of me.
