Soo clean and soo beautiful. The cafe in the lobby was so nice too.

Water dispenser at the lobby, washing machine and dryer available for free use. Breakfast selection was limited but I loved the salads. Gym was small too with 2 treadmills, one cycle (not working), a bench and some weights. Due to the location, pick ups and Grab always stop opposite the hotel and we had to cross the busy street all the time to get to our ride.

Not a big deal but it would be nice to know about the Grab discount earlier (maybe right after checking in). Everything else was perfect.

I found the breakfast could use more. I usually went outside for breakfast. They advertise a kitchen, I did not see a kitchen. No microwave in room. The kettle is good though. I initially thought the AC was not working properly, did not blow much but after a while it would get to a normal comfortable temperature.

Love that the hotel was near to everything and the free laundry facility was the great bonus! Wish the room could be a bit larger!

Although we enjoyed the free laundry facilities, there were only two washers and two dryers in the entire property.

The staff was excellent. We arrived with a miscommunication in the booking. The staff was very helpful and was able to resolve the issue. We loved the idea of 24-hour check-in and free laundry, although we didn't use it. The booking description didn't match my expectations. The breakfast pho was excellent, but the rest of the breakfast items were lacking.

The location is perfect for first timers to Danang as it is in the middle of the crowds, shops, cafes and souvenir shops, and you can easily walk around exploring everything. It is difficult to lift a suitcase in the middle of a really busy street and you have to cross the road because the cars are going one way on that street.

We had a lovely stay at M Village Hotel. The design is thoughtful and modern, with great attention to detail. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the view from our room was exceptional — truly one of the highlights of our trip. If there’s one thing I wish could be improved, it’s having staff available to help with luggage, especially for families traveling with a baby like us. Other than that, it was a wonderful experience, and we’d love to return.

Very clean and modern. Staff were very helpful. Free laundry is great, nice pool table, and drinking water dispenser. The air conditioner fan was too strong even on lowest setting. Blows right on your face at night, and the temperature cannot be controlled. No difference between setting it at 18c vs 23c.

The location is absolutely amazing — just a 2-minute walk to the Pink Church. On top of that, the hotel offers great value for money. What impressed me the most was the free washing machines and dryers — something you rarely see in other hotels. It allowed us to clean our smelly clothes from the night out at the club — super convenient! Next time I visit Da Nang, I’ll definitely stay here again.

We were impressed with our room. We had a lovely 'L' shaped room with big windows overlooking the river and the 'Dragon Bridge'. The bed was extremely comfortable and we also had a small sofa. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The pool table area was nice, and it is great to have a good coffee shop downstairs. There are plenty of restaurants locally. Plus we found a really good bar on the river road. The laundry facilities are great, but we didn't need to use them. On the basis of other reviews, we didn't book the breakfast option. ....take a morning walk to see all the locals in the coffee shops! The hotel lost a point for 'Location' because the river/city view side of the hotel is next to some clubs that play loud music until late in to the night. We thought this would bother us, but in the end, we still slept well. I think the comfort of the beds made up for the music volume! Its a shame so many reviews said the breakfast was poor. We booked with no breakfast as a result. The coffee shop needs better menus displayed for the drinks options.

Location good. Lots of Vietnamese eateries & coffee shops. I was told I was upgraded. Had no view & looked at scungy wall of another building. Need to be on higher floors.

Nice place to stay but......... Next to my room, in another old building, we got woken up at 4.30 AM by someone who was demolishing a wall with a hammer! A nightmare! So I stayed only one night. But the good news is that they moved me to another Hotel called "Signature by M Village Đà Nẵng Heritage" , with an upgraded room for the same price. The hotel is super friendly, beautiful, and very quiet, and a great breakfast..
