Mai's Boutique was everything we hoped for, modern and with lovely facilities, great Wi-Fi, beautiful pool (although it was cold so we couldn't use, lovely balcony. The young staff on reception were very friendly and helpful and we enjoyed the breakfast. We highly recommend - also in a great location within easy walking distance to the beach, dragon bridge and lots of restaurants.

Lights in the room are very dark. There were lots of mosquitoes when we first checked in but staffs ard fixed it. Room is not soundproof as well and you can hear the water flushing from next or upper rooms.

The hotel is stunning, tastefully decorated, and perfectly located near both the beach and local markets. The rooms are incredibly clean, with an extremely comfortable bed: We had our best night’s sleep in Vietnam here. Above all, the staff are exceptionally kind and genuinely helpful. Their warmth made our stay unforgettable. A well deserved 10/10

Only stayed one night so hard to give any rave review. I can say this is the last place you should get a massage. One, they come to your room and do it on your mattress making it pretty uncomfortable and two they leave you with bruises all over your back. I understand Vietnamese massages can be intense but my boyfriend and I both left with pretty severe bruising. Do not recommend. Otherwise the facilities are perfectly nice and clean and very comfortable beds.

Loved the pool, loved our apartment, loved the reception with cold tea and biscuits. The in-suite hot stone massage was also very good. The breakfast was delicious, but a bit pricy. All the staff were friendly and helpful. No elevator, but we got some extra exercise :) The hotel is located in a good central area, but the street itself is quite cluttered with construction materials and garbage, but that is not within the hotel’s control

My family I really enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly. We stayed in the four person room / apartment. Be warned it on the fourth floor and there are no stairs so I don't recommend if there are mobility challenges. The room was very clean and spacious. It was very quiet and well kept. The location is also very walkable and easy to find. We recommend! We suggest making a rail around the pool perimeter, gets slippery.
