The staff members were friendly, overall good value. Make sure you take note of everything as you enter the room, record it if you can. When leaving the staff told me they couldn't find the remotes to the AC and TV. The remotes were missing from the moment I entered the room, I never saw them for my entire stay and didn't know that they were supposed to be there. Whoever checked the room before me didn't notice that they were missing so I ended up having to pay for them. Not expensive, but it is annoying to have to pay for someone else's mistake. Another review even noted that the remote to the TV was missing when he stayed here as well, so it's not the first time it's happened. Other than that the hotel is definitely geared more towards locals than foreigners. Sound insulation is poor and there was construction that started every morning at the crack of dawn. If you're accustomed to South East Asia it's not anything unbearable but be aware.

We liked the fact that this hotel was centrally located in a buzzing tourist street, closer to the beach and amenities The bed wasn't comfy at all. Cleanliness was average, and the staff couldn't speak a word of English and not a tiny bit of smile on their face. This place is probably much suited for the local clients rather than overseas Travelers

Very well kept rooms at affordable prices. The hosts are amazing super helpful and kind. I was recovering from an injury and the hosts helped me with anything i need. Great example of excellent Vietnamese hospitality!!

The hotel was quaint, family-owned, and located close to the beach. There is a family, a restaurant, or some group of people who thought it was appropriate to BLAST atrociously terrible Vietnamese music/karaoke all day and night, every day. I was woken up at 6:19AM one morning, and it would go all day and into the late evening. Have these people no shame or common decency?! I was told by the hotel family that they were “having a wedding.” For three days? Extremely selfish and inconsiderate. I hope they get divorced.
