Win's Homestay - Hostel

It's far from My Khe Beach and Dragon Bridge, but transportation is accessible.

Stayed here 3 nights during my trip to Da Nang. This place is easily reachable by bus. It is located in a silent alley, however, lots of shops and restaurants in the vicinity. The homestay and room itself are very well equipped. Outside footwear is not allowed inside, they have their own footwear which we can use inside. The rooms and bed are comfortable. The air-conditioning worked well. The windows opened to let nice sunlight in. They also had a free washing machine, which was really a plus. I was able to wash my clothes twice during my stay, thus reducing my laundry charges. The bathrooms were good, had hot water throughout and well-stocked. One could easily get grab to local spots from here for as low as 20k VND. There is also a nice coffee place and a bubble-tea shop near this homestay. Would definitely recommend this place for all travelers.

Very nice owners that make you feel at home. The room was very good, everything you need is there. The family is very friendly and you can even rent a motorbike / scooter directly from them at a really good rate. It was a very nice stay (3 nights) in a local area of Da Nang. It is easy accessible by public transportation (bus 11 from the railway station) and is a quiet neighborhood, but only 2-3 minutes and you are in a center of local action. everything was perfect

I like everything about this place, the location, how clean it was, this is a loving place and I got an amazing welcome, I even thought about staying longer. Don’t hesitate to book here, Steven and his family are truly lovely and you don’t want to miss the opportunity to stay around them. It’s also really well located and I repeat, superrrr clean ! Would recommend it a hundred times :)

The family that runs it is wonderful. They were all super friendly and gave us great advice for our stay. We were able to rent the scooter from them at a very low price and we were able to keep our luggage safe in the facility for free after our checkout. The area is perfect for visiting the city. We had a great time. A little more cleanliness in the bathroom would have been much appreciated. However, in line with Vietnam's cleanliness standards.

It is a Homestay very nice people that own it was very helpful N tv but was cheap bed was foam and hard but is all I expect for such a value stay

The family that runs the place is nice. They don't speak English, but we could communicate through translator apps. The room is spacious and the uncle let me check in early. There is refillable drinking water available. The bed is hard which might be a problem for some people. The homestay is a multi-story house on a quiet street in a central location. Some reviews mentioned there was a free washing machine, but I asked an auntie and she said to use a laundromat on the same block. The hot water didn't seem to be working.

Right in Da Nang residential local. Easy access around by walking. Grab is available here in Da Nang. McDonald is also 5 minutes walking. Food is everywhere around this area. There is electric water pot in the room which is convenient for long stay. No draft for bed, Room is clean but female hair left over here and there in the room. No soap or shampoo.

Friendly family, clean room, warm shower, free washing machine and hangers on the top floor, dispenser to fill up our water. We had a lovely time thank you :)

Exceptional

The room was large, with comfortable bed and sitting area (with fridge). Fan in room and AC available. Clean bathroom with good warm shower. The hosts were really welcoming and gave us fruit during our stay which was appreciated. Water available for a small cost. Free washing machine available with room for drying. Perfect for our needs as we had a cooking class close by. The location is a little far out but honestly nothing else!

It's a nice location, just step outside the house you alr found a restaurant. Noodle house, Chines rest, Mc Donald. Night market a lot of Vietnam delicacy only 2-3 min by walk. You can have also beer hopping. In front is the the park you can have your walk in the morning and night. Clean room that is good for a back packer. Friendly staff, even though it's hard for them the English language but they tried thierself to use apps in order to u/stand. i really had a pleasant stay here. the whole family was so nice and very helpful. the room had the basic amenities i needed and very spacious. everything was beyond perfect, including the location. i definitely woud love to come back here if i had a chance to visit da nang again? it is not a big deal actually, but the corner of my bathroom (the mirror and sink) could be seen from the upper floors through the little window. maybe it could be covered by stickers or wallpaper so it would be more private
