Hot ? The room . Broken TV. Bad smell. I got from genius free breakfast and the hotel didn't accept it.

The room and air-conditioning! Easy walk to pizza ? place. The location was difficult to find as the name changed. A big sigh would have helped.

It was quirky and clean. I have absolutely no complaints. There were 5 buses of kids yet you would never know it. It was very quiet. The breakfast was amazing. Great coffee machine! The staff in charge of the breakfast kept every thing full and hot. And they were incredibly nice. I had the junior suite which had a full size fridge, microwave, small hob, and sink. All in all, I wish we stayed there the night before our flight out as that hotel was a disaster! I’d definitely recommend. Very close to Dachau memorial also. Nothing to say negatively

Good location good price

The room was excellent. It had a fridge / microwave. The hotel was in a good location close to Dachau concentration camp and a 30 min walk to the train station to catch a train to Munich or 8 mins by car. There was a grocery store close by . The staff at the front counter during checking in was Dumb or just lazy and didn't want to be there. The cleaning staff is definitely in question. The outside area with table and sitting was littered with the same trash on the table for days as the cleaning staff walked by without picking it up. Also, my room was clean/clean sheets, but no soap in the shower or sink to use the containers were empty. There was no silverware in the kitchenette, and the glasses were dirty . Other than that it was a nice hotel. Needs better cleaning staff !!

The way the manager promised me a full refund for the horrible service and facilities and actually never followed through with his promise. Everything. Do not stay here. Truly the worst experience I’ve had from start to finish, which is still ongoing as I have still yet to receive a refund as promised.

Well, the location was perfect for us, both for easy access to Dachau and to take the train to Munich. The room was spacious, and the beds were comfy. The shower was great with plenty of hot water. The room completely smelled like cigarette smoke. HORRIBLE! Housekeeping had to notice this. The bathroom was even worse! The hotel was sold out, so other rooms were not an option. This was like a throwback 50 years. The outdoor seating was covered in cigarette ashes, the ash trays were full, and the tables were full of old beer glasses, coffee cups, etc. To make things worse, the fire alarm went off early in the morning. I believe that people are smoking on these rooms. Very disappointed...

Breakfast service. The water took a very long time to turn hot. Often 1-2 minutes.

Convenient to airport. Clean. Well-appointed room.

Good stay

The breakfast was really good. There were never enough towels. There was no one to find to get towels. The TV didn’t work. It will come on, but there was no picture or sound. The pullout couch needs to have a topper because it’s too hard. I couldn’t find anybody to get extra pillows. When we were waiting to check in, there was apparently a crisis because the whole team was out front expressing their frustrations about the crisis. Things like that should be done behind close doors not in front of customers.

The rooms are unique looking, and pretty quiet. The location is OK, right outside of Munich itself, qith free parking Bad wifi (5Mbp), the kitchen staff are a abit slow.

Very comfortable beds. Clean and helpful friendly staff. Walking distance to multiple bus stops, 2 fast food restaurants and 3 grocery stores. Also close to mall. Less than 1 mile from Dachau Memorial Museum

The good hotel for some days everything was fine

The staff is really nice and welcoming, ready to help, while booking the room on the Internet I was asked about any special requests I could have, I had a couple, not only they were fulfilled but I have also received an email almost immediately to inform me, I appreciated it a lot, the hotel is clean, the rooms are comfortable, breakfast was nice
