Everything was fine.

Cute little spot easy to find. Staff very friendly and breakfast plentiful. We arrived after normal check in hours and had one room key missing (booked 2 rooms) in the after hours box and they were very prompt and responsive to fix it. Comfortable beds Had very little water pressure in our shower

Breakfast was delicious, hosts were very friendly and accommodating, and the beds were very comfortable.

Rating based upon knowing it was a 3 Star. Perfect for what we planned for Oktoberfest. Easy to get there, comfortable, good breakfast, accommodating staff.

Stayed in the main building ground floor. Good size room. Clean and comfortable . 5 minute walk up to Old Town. 10 minute walk to train station and Munich only 20 minutes by train. We found free parking next to hotel. Very nice owner and staff seemed friendly. We always like at least a small refrigerator in our rooms.

Everything about our stay was fantastic. We stayed here for 7 days during Oktoberfest. In total we had three rooms and they were all clean and comfortable. The staff were excellent and all spoke English. The breakfast was great as well. This was almost more like a B&B than a hotel. The location was a short 10 minute walk to the train station which was convenient going back and forth into Munich, we were far enough away from the craziness of Oktoberfest but just a short train ride away from the grounds.

Excellent staff, breakfast, and overall very nice hotel. Location was good - a little bit of a walk from the two train stations in town. Could walk to the memorial (30-40 minutes). Would definitely stay again. There was no sheet on the bed. It was just a big comforter and in America I would imagine that is quite dirty. Same for the pillow cases. We assumed they were clean, but the thoughts that they could be dirty were still with us. We also didn't have hot water one morning, but they quickly fixed it for us for that evening.

It was convenient to Munich. The family room was nice. It was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great. It was nice to have a fan in room The shower was a bit challenging. It was slippery and not good water pressure. And it fluctuated between hot and cold quickly.

Great rooms, great breakfast, friendly staff

Large nice room with comfortable bathroom. Adjustable efficient floor heating system. Easy checkin after working hours. Too soft bed.

Good location. 10 min by foot to train station, restaurant is 4 min away. Not far from the town center. 25 min by train to Munich cetral station. Good breakfast. Nice staff. Interesting architecture. Really tricky locks on the doors. When came after Octoberfest in the night, couldn't get in for like 15 minutes.

We checked in on a Monday when many restaurants in the area were closed. The hotel staff offered and made a reservation for the 4 of us at the affiliated restaurant just down the street. The service and food there was excellent. Also we had a morning flight from Munich and this location provided easy access to the airport and was a much better experience than the usual airport hotels. The door locks were a little wonky at first but certainly not a game changer.
