In good conditions and clean, super close to the bus terminal which was good for our trip and had good restaurants nearby. It was kinda close to some motels and karaokes so you could hear some singing late at night and it wasn’t the best view

Walking distance to the Bus Terminal. Very convenient. Lots of restaurants around. Shopping mall and movie theater are in the same building as the bus terminal. Self serving free amenities like water bottles, utensils, towels and microwave are available in a designated area. Free wi-fi is convenient. No bidet, no shower curtain. Heated floor is nice, but hard to control. Towels are quite ragged and very old looking. The mattress felt a little crunchy with water proof or resistance lining underneath and it wasn't terribly breathable and made me sweat at times.
