Ali does many things here he's super.. not my first time here and not the last ? The room I booked was without an AC.. the room could be impossible to live in, in the summer but fortunately the weather was good..

Everything! Location. Rooms are warm. Staff are just wonderful! Hossam is sooo nice!! The terrace is just incredible! Nothing!

The location was very good and the sea view was beautiful from the terrace. The bathroom needs serious maintenance

The location is excellent, right in the middle of Dahab So close to everything The staff were super friendly and helpful The view from the terrace is breathtaking The breakfast was so good The phone inside the room wasn’t working, everytime I wanted something from the reception or the room service I had to go all the way down The pillows and bed sheets were dirty and had hair on them The bathroom was leaking water into the room floor I asked for the AC remote, they said that they take all the remotes in winter and they don’t know where they were taken, I mean why is there even an AC in my room if I’m not allowed to turn it on?!

The location is excellent The staff were very friendly Four different types of breakfast meals It was quiet inside the room All facilities working properly The bathroom door is made of glass and there are big gabs above & under the door which reduces the privacy very much The flat screen doesn't have a USB port so you can't play a movie from a flash drive

The location is good, and that's it I called the hotel reception on their official landline before my arrival to confirm if I could bring my dog. I was clearly told it was acceptable with an extra fee. Upon arrival, the staff denied ever saying that and refused to take responsibility. When I raised the issue with the hotel manager, her response was extremely unprofessional — she sarcastically suggested that “maybe someone in the street answered your call.” This level of disrespect and dishonesty is unacceptable. While the hotel’s location is convenient, I would rather stay farther away than deal with such unprofessional behavior again.

The staff wasn't very friendly or helpful, the breakfast was awful, and the room was small, not very clean or comfortable, and had one of the worst showers I've seen in the middle east. There are much better accomodations in dahab, especially at the price point they charged.

The rooms are small, there was no hot water in the showers, and the toilet was not properly isolated from the room its door was a half glass door.
