We had a wonderful stay in Dahab! The bungalow was very spacious with comfortable beds, which made our stay very relaxing. The cleanliness was excellent — the staff maintained both the bungalow and the entire hotel area every day. We especially appreciated that they allowed us to check in early since we arrived very early in the morning. The staff were extremely kind, friendly, and welcoming throughout our stay. I highly recommend this hotel for a great and pleasant stay in Dahab!

The staff. Mr. Ashraf, the manager, and his assistant in reception, are top helpful and friendly team. They are super supporter and they work hardly and infinitely to make your trip the best in your life. Really thanks ? to the whole team. Actually I didn’t stay in the same hotel but they arranged for us one of the best locations with super comfort and super service.

I lost my swimming shorts even as i put it at the terrace and the staff weren’t helpful at all and when i asked to check the cameras they told me that the recording was switched off Really it was very bad experience

I’ve been to Dahab before, but this time was the best! Shams Hotel really made our trip special. Big thanks to the amazing staff: Shaaban, Ali, Roza, Mahmoud, Kareem, Abedelrahman, Suheila, Maria, Aiman and Ashraf. We were big group of friends coming to discover Dahab and try diving for the first time. The hotel was in a great location and had the best dive instructors. The staff were always friendly, smiling, and ready to help. We asked for 5 bungalows next to each other, and they made it happen. Diving was fun and easy, and everything went perfectly. We also joined three fun activities arranged by Suheila and the hotel staff: diving, party night and a Bedouin camp night with guitar music and stargazing. All were amazing! The breakfasts were tasty, rooms were clean, and we felt at home. Roza even wrote “Dahab” on the bandage of my arm - my little trophy and sweet memory. We came as guests and left feeling like family. Thank you, Shams Hotel!

The restaurant deserves a special mention—set in a stunning location. It offers a fantastic dining experience with a menu full of fresh, delicious dishes and drinks. Whether you're unwinding after a dive or just soaking in the scenery, it's the perfect spot to savour the moment. An ideal getaway for both relaxation and adventure! It's very basic and maybe sometimes a little sounds since it's near town.
